The full kitchen, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and accessories, is perfect for culinary creations, while the backyard barbecue grill is ideal for outdoor dining. High-speed WiFi offers fast and dependable internet access throughout the house, and smart TVs with major streaming platforms keep everyone entertained. After a day of activities, unwind in the living room on a comfortable sectional by the gas fireplace, providing a cozy spot for casual relaxation.

- Trash is collected every Tuesday morning. We have one large bin, so please try to fit all trash into it. If you have extra, there’s a bin near the park entrance behind the house. Additional fees may apply for any overflow.
- Please be mindful of our peaceful neighborhood by keeping noise levels low. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM so everyone can rest comfortably.
- We’re happy to welcome one dog with prior approval and a pet fee. Just give us a heads-up!
- The driveway accommodates up to three cars. If you need parking for boats, trailers, or extra vehicles, please reach out ahead of time for approval.
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, inside or out.
- To maintain the peaceful atmosphere, we ask that no events, gatherings, or parties take place during your stay.
- If anything gets damaged, please notify us right away so we can address it promptly.
- Please remove your footwear when inside the home, and enjoy meals and drinks outside of the bedrooms to keep everything fresh and clean.
- We kindly ask that the furniture stays where it is, and all surfaces are treated with care.
- The garbage disposal is sensitive, so please use it with caution.
- Please handle towels and bedding with care to keep them in great condition for future guests.
