Удивительное место. Номер был не большой, но очень стильный и уютный. Идеальный для короткого пребывания, поскольку не было шкафа для вещей. Это единственный минус. Но очень приветливые хозяева. Красивое и очень эстетично и со вкусом оформленное помещение для завтрака. Расположение, ну лучше просто желать не возможно, особенно если приехали посмотреть город, прямо на пешеходной улице, с вернисажем и в 50 метрах от театра Резо Габриадзе. С балкончика открывается вид прямо на Дом Патриарха. Все основные достопримечательности в пешей доступности. При отеле кафе, и очень атмосферно прямо на улице играют на пианино. Спасибо за пребывание. Будем в Тбилиси, обязательно снова к вам

clean and spacious room, close to everywhere and central location, quiet street, understanding staff, etc. everything else was fine. It is easy to get in and out. It is easy to go to any address from the hotel. If I come to Tbilisi next time, I can stay here again.
there were few cleaning products in the bathroom, only body gel and shampoo, which should be increased. There was no kettle, we asked, they gave it to us. water was not even put on, it is usually put on in hotels. I am sure that they would be helped. but it would be better if it was set beforehand. there were no other major problems.

Highly recommended!!! The hotel staff was super friendly, attentive and very helpful. I had a lot of problems with my plane getting to Tbilisi, and they always made it easy to pick me up from the airport, save me breakfast and everything. Amazing people, cosy hotel, typical breakfast. Unbeatable experience. I will be back for sure!

Fantastic host ,very Friendly and you can enjoy the piano everyday .the room will be cleans very day .location is great where you can visit places by foot . The location is 2mins to the “Clocks “

Our room (family room for 4) was on the first floor and windows were not soundproof, unfortunately we heard every single sound coming from outside.

This hotel is one of the best options when it comes to quality and price. The room was clean and well-equipted with everything you'd possibly need. Tasty continental breakfast was included. The location is excelent and everything is in walkable distance.

I had a nice experience staying at this hotel. The location is excellent! Close to all sightseeings and central streets, 3-5 mins walk to the bridge.
The street where the hotel is located is also very nice and cozy; several restaurants and cafes with pleasant music in the evenings.
The room is clean and cozy, clean bathroom and nice view from balcony.
Also special thanks to the hotel staff - very nice and friendly people :)
The only thing that caused my inconvenience is that the heating in room was not great, in October felt really cold at nights.
