We believe that construction should be a work of art. We designed our space for families and couples to be beautiful, comfortable, private and safe. Every villa is built with its own private deck with a plunge pool and a beautiful waterfall.

The Private Pool
We always enjoyed having access to the pool at all hours of the day. You will have access to an outdoor private plunge pool with full seating around the pool deck.

Technology built for Remote Work
We designed our Villas with remote work in mind. Every villa includes a 100 Mbit wired & wifi6 connections built with state-of-the-art equipment imported from Ubiquity. Our network is load-balanced with fail-over to LTE if the primary optical connection fails for any reason.

Indoor/Outdoor Showers
Each bedroom includes its own private indoor/outdoor shower where you open the glass doors and feel the cooler air come in while taking a warm shower!

Access Control
Every entrance is hard wired with digital access via Pin, optional Key Card, or waterproof bracelets (for surfing).

Safety
The property is secured with hard-wires cameras (not wifi), and a security guard during the night. Every villa includes digital smoke alarms, fire extinguishers and family friendly visible safety locks for sliding doors at pools & balconies.
Maitri - benevolence, loving-kindness and friendliness

We designed Maitri to be beautiful, comfortable, private and safe for all guests. Maitri is located in the quiet center of Tamarindo, the beach is just a 8 min walk.

With remote work in mind, we offer the best technology 100Mbit fiber optic wired & wifi6 connections, with LTE failover.

You also get exclusive access to the Langosta Beach Club, equipped with cabanas, loungers, full Gym, wellness center and a beachfront infinity pool.
