Cosy cottage "Entre Terre et Mer", semi-detached, surrounded by trees and meadows. 4 km from the centre of Ploumilliau, 4 km from the centre of Lannion, on a slope, 7 km from the sea, directly by the stream, in the countryside. Private: natural state property 500 m2 with meadow. 200 m long motor access to the house (via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 4 km, sandy beach "Saint Michel-en-Grève" 8 km, indoor swimming pool 7 km. Golf course (18 hole) 17 km.

Exit to the terrace. 1 room, on 2 levels with 1 french bed. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with small bar, dining table. Shower, sep. WC. Top floor: open gallery. 1 double bedroom with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Sep. WC. Gas heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed. Une chouette maison de vacances dans la nature, mais bien située pour visiter cette partie de la Bretagne. Un très bon accueil de la famille propriétaire. Cela est dû à ce type de maison ancienne pleine de charme, un peu frais humide en bas. La maison est bien équipée.Nous avons passé de très belles vacances.

Schönes Haus in Alleinlage, mit Garten und Grill. Super ausgestattete Küche, Heizung, Kamin – rundem zum Wohlfühlen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und unkompliziert. In Ploumilliau gibt es zwei Bäcker, einen Metzger, einen Fischladen und einen kleinen Supermarché. In der Bar gibt es leckeren Café und die Crêperie ist auch nicht schlecht. Reisetipps: In den Office du Tourisme kann man E–Bikes ausleihen (55€/Woche), das ist echt praktisch. Wir haben alles per Rad gemacht. Über die Nebenstraßen kommt man schnell nach Lannion oder auch an den Strand.
