3-family house "Villa Saba". 800 m from the centre of Trogir, 900 m from the sea, 2.5 km from the beach. For shared use: property 700 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool (6 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 03.Apr. - 06.Nov.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace. In the house: internet access. Parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 800 m, bus stop 950 m, rocky beach 2.5 km. Groups of teenagers are not allowed.
4-room apartment 153 m2 on 2 levels on 2nd floor. Living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). 2 showers/bidet/WC. No heating option. Upper floor: gallery. 1 room with 1 double bed, shower/bidet/WC and fan. Balcony. Balcony furniture. View of the bay. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars). 1. Only allowed one key for 5 of us, despite asking for additional.
2. No cleaning products left out, only mop, brush, pan and broom
3. Air conditioning in open plan area and doors lead from this onto balcony. This door is extremely difficult to close as only has a small magnet. Also, if you happen to forget to close it you will certainly be told.
4. Quite cluttered rooms with mix match of furniture
5. AC only in open plan area and mezzanine room, other rooms just have light/ceiling fan.
6. Did not feel private as family/owners live downstairs and watch nearly every move you make.
7, WiFi not accessible throughout all the rooms and balcony, and not always available
8. When power is down you are unable to evacuate your room or to access it, due to card locking system
9. Building work ongoing next door, and was not advised. Also, this was noisy, smelly and dusty for a large majority of our 3 week stay. Views are also hindered by this building work
10. Towels far too small and not exchanged on weekly sheet change. Also, no remedial cleaning offered during our 3 week stay
11. Father’s attitude very rude and abrupt
12. Dishwasher was faulty which we advised, only for blame to be put back to us. Which then caused a flood in downstairs room. We did not tamper with the plumbing or the dishwasher itself, and it was not repaired
13. Customer service very poor, not even thanked for our business
I would not recommend staying here unless attitude changes

Viele Dank für den schönen Urlaub. Unsere Vermieter sind sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber, die uns mit vielen leckeren Aufmerksamkeiten verwöhnt haben. Der Aufendhalt wäre noch perfekter, wenn der vorhandene Grill frei nutzbar wäre und in den Fenstern Fliegengitter angebracht wären. Liebe Grüße aus Stralsund von A, U, B, A, F, S, N und M

Bardzo polecamy wyjazd do tego apartamentu. Wszystko jest tak jak w opisie. Bardzo piękna miejscowość i niesamowici właściciele. Nie można się do niczego przyczepić. Gorąco polecamy.

we were welcomed by the owner with juice and cake
we were 6 people in this lovely villa and had the top floor accommodation - everything was as we expected but also had soap in bathrooms washing up liquid and dish washer tablets sugar salt and pepper etc - there was plenty of room so not on top of each other - ample space for maximum of 9 people - beds were good - location was very good - bit out of town but very easy to walk to and from Trogir without hills that seem impossible to walk
the owner couldn't do enough to assist
we had a family birthday celebration whilst there and we were surprised by the owner who invite us to meet his family and another family staying in the apartment below with crepes and homemade cherry brandy and singing happy birthday !!! such a lovely thought
only downside was no lift and stairs to climb by an 80 year old and someone with recent knee replacement - it was manageable tho
