Free Parking. Room was clean.

Check in experience was bad, guy was rude and it took a very long time. Like he was doing in a favor for doing the check in and I had put him out because he had to stop his call of this cellphone. Restaurant did not work, was not open, despite it was supposed to be, and the reception guy didn't want to recommend another place to go.

Personale cordiale, ben raggiungibile con ampio parcheggio.

Colazione triste, poca scelta e malamente servita, tavolo buffet non imbandito, troppo cibo confezionato.

Good location for my travel purpose. Hotel parking available and free of charge. Cleaning of the room every day.

Breakfast not very good for me. Small selection and hot food not available. Wifi available but not perfect.

We booked this hotel as had a pool advertised as open but When arriving pool was closed . Empty no water . But hotel still advertised as open pool .. on the day of arrival and is still showing as open very poor and disappointed. . Restaurant advertised as open but closed . Bathroom shabby. Mirror insecure .shower faulty . Sink plug wouldn't drain . Lock on patio doors wouldn't keep a small child out . ..breakfast choice was very poor . We expected more from a hotel of this standard. No apology offered or discount . Will definitely not be using again. Or recommend to anyone

Late check in and personel

For a 4 star hotel, the equipment and brackfast was not satisfying.there also was no free water in thr rooms.

The staff customer service went above and beyond to satisfy any guest inquiries or requests.
