Limpeza no quarto, toalhas e lençois cheirosos. café da manhã é ótimo, atendimento na recepção foi excelente. Não podemos fazer o check in antes das 14h, mas eles ficaram com nossas malas na recepção e nisso ficamos curtindo o dia na praia.

Piscina com a água turva. Fui pela manhão e estava turva e fui mais a tarde e estava do mesmo jeito. Não entrei na piscina.

The food at the restaurant was not so good, and orders took a long time to be delivered.

location excellent. views incredible. Good gym. Pool good length but super narrow, only about 2 meters wide max. Water in pool is cold which is weird as they could warm it easily with a solar panel. Food is very good, always fresh and tasty. Restaurant area very very clean. No flies or mosquitoes anywhere. Service in hotel very good and also staff were excellent. Price for food and drinks very reasonable. Hotel food very good indeed.

Minor defects should be repaired quickly like the sticking door in room 28. Reported but not fixed. It’s only a loose hinge and three screws! Noisey fridge. Dirt on bottom of tiled wall infront of toilet.This is basic stuff. Bed mattress was awful, very soft and uneven. The building has six steep floors with lots of stairs. If you have a hip or leg problem then this isn’t the hotel for you. They installed a lift for floors two to the top. It’s a surface mounted lift and dead slow but it does the job. The lift didn’t work for 4 of my six days stay. Believe me those stairs are a killer. Wi Fi is not very strong so don’t expect a lot from the signal.

The view from the swimming pool and the breakfast (but only at the first day as it didn't changed during our stay)

- Every day we went back to the hotel (by 4pm) our room was not clean. We needed to request the staff to clean and wait it. - The elevator was not working, we needed to climb a lot of stairs to go to the swimming pool or to eat our breakfast. The staff told us it would be repaired by the second day but it wasn't. - The swimming pool was not super clean. - The hotel charged us 2 additional taxes: "product tax" and "service tax". I've never seen that in any hotel in Brazil or abroad. The staff was unable to legally justify the product tax. For the service tax, it should already be included in the daily rate. - The staff at the front desk was not very helpful - The hotel is far away from the city center, we needed to order our meal by delivery when it was raining. - The common facilities only include the swimming pool, it's a shame they don't offer additional activities (board games, books, etc) for raining days - The photos look incredible but we got disappointed when we arrived - The room doesn't have chair nor table

Way too many stair to step up with a 17kg baby in my arms (particularly with the elevator under maintenance for a whole day). And by “way too many”, I mean waaay to many… LOL. Not suitable for small kids. Too many stairs, no cabinets/additional bed, no playground, no kids room… not even towels were available at our room for my 2 years-old baby girl.

troubles with reservation, rude attitude, no flexibility, poor customer service, customer service speaking poor English or not English at all, low value per money as the rooms are dated and don’t smell very well. Dated furnitures too. When asking for anything extra, like a sewing kit or an ashtray - they just don’t have it. overall there are too many stairs and it’s something to keep in mind if you have mobility issues. A lift is available to go up to the restaurant/pool where the breakfast is served but there are stairs involved before and after taking the lift. the lift is also slow and can carry only 4 people at the time; from the rooms near the lift it will be possible to hear the noise starting from 8am, when the breakfast service starts. before your stay they send you a long list of rules and guidelines to follow that you have to sign when you check in. we found this intimidating.they would charge you if you bring your food or drinks into the room too and you can’t finish your breakfast outside of the restaurant, not even a coffee, otherwise they would charge you extra. Once you check out you need to wait for someone to personally check your room too.

Booking and the hotel advertised a price and then the hotel charge more on the counter watch out! , any of them give me an answer yet! The hotel tried to cancel my reservation skipping booking and also charging more disloyal to the app and to me .

The location was great, outside of town and very close to the beach. I also had a great view from my room. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is built on a hill so for people with rooms very high up there’s a lot of stairs to climb. The breakfast was ok but pretty standard for any hotel, pousada in Brazil. A service charge of 10 % of the daily room rate is added to your bill which you pay when you check out. This is not stated when you book and would worth mentioning.

all was ok, really good, just hotel is not new, brekfast is not bad at all, has everything is just the details.. it has not that heart in it. but is a very good place to go and very good value for money
