CHECK-IN TIME: 4:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time) up until 12:00 midnight via smart lock (The code will be sent 1 day prior to your arrival)
CHECK-OUT TIME: 10:00 AM (Due to the time needed to carry out our extensive cleaning protocols, we cannot cater to a late check-out request)
SECURITY & SAFETY: The location is equipped with various on-site devices such as security cameras that are installed in the parking lot and in the front entrance doorbell, smoke alarms, and carbon monoxide alarms.
Late Checkout - Please seek permission from the host during your stay. Unapproved late checkout may be subject to $50/hour in compliance with our partner cleaning company.
No Parties or Gatherings - Violation of this rule may result in termination of stay without refund and a minimum $500 fine. A gathering is defined as 4 or more unapproved guests at the property.
No Visitors - We do not allow any unapproved visitors during your stay. Violation of this rule will result in a fee of $50/visitor per day.
No Smoking - Smoking in the unit will result to an odor removal fee of $500 to help cover the cost of odor removal and/or steam cleaning.
No Tampering of Safety Devices - Our property is equipped with smoke detectors, indoor smoking detector and sound alarms. Indoor smoking detectors will detect all tobacco and marijuana use. Sound detectors will set off alarm at high decibels, but it is not a recorder to invade privacy. Any tampering or removal of such devices results in $500 fine.
Parking - Please park at your own risk. The homeowners nor the managing team shall have no responsibility for any loss or damage to any vehicle.
Overly stained towels/linens - Please refrain from using the white towels to clean floors or remove makeup to avoid a replacement fee. Towels must be washed separately, if needed, do not mix with dark clothing. Fine for nonremovable stains are as follows: Towels $5, Duvet cover $35, Flat sheets $20, Pillowcases $2, blankets $30, Duvet Insert $40, Pillows $25.
No Animals - Having animals in the unit at any time may result in termination of stay without refund as well as a minimum sanitation fee of $150.
No Illegal Activity - There is absolutely no illegal activity in our units. If discovered, the guest will be subject to a fine of $250 and immediate removal from the unit without refund.
No Mail/Packages - We do not allow anyone to receive mail or packages at our unit. If this rule is broken and you mail something to the property, we will not take any liability if your parcel has been lost or stolen.
Permission to Access the Property - The guest shall allow the property owner or any designated workers access to the property for landscaping and routine maintenance, cleaning, repairs and inspection of building.
Quiet hours - We have quiet hours for our unit from 10PM to 8AM everyday including holidays. Violation of this rule may result in removal from the unit without refund in addition to a $100 minimum fine.
No professional photoshoots/video shoots are allowed without prior approval. Unauthorized use of the rental property’s name, address or images, including its interior, exterior and/or private property surroundings, for any commercial use including but not limited to selling, advertising, marketing, and/or promotion of any product or business or use in any print, advertising, TV, film production, electronic or other media, is unlawful and will be pursued to the full extent of the law.
Abandoned belongings - Please do not leave your luggage or belongings behind in the unit. Anything left behind will be considered abandoned. If in fact we do have your belongings after your stay, the following charges will apply:
$25 mailing fee separate from the cost of postage and storage fee.
$25/day for storage fee.
Right to withhold guest’s security deposit - The management may withhold all or part of the deposit if guest fails to follow the rules in this agreement, the property listing or the property house manual.
If the cost of damages, losses, or missing items should exceed the amount of the deposit, the management will bill the guest’s credit card for the difference and/or pursue legal action.
Cause(s) for withholding deposit funds include, but are not limited to:
-damage to premises or its contents;
-missing or broken items;
-required excessive cleaning;
-not complying fully with the departure checklist;
-trespassing on neighboring properties;
