We live in a quiet neighborhood so please enjoy Tahoe while respecting our neighbors. If we receive a fine from the vacation rental task force (our local noise and parking enforcement jurisdiction) because you have broken our house rules and neighborhood laws the fine will be deducted from your security deposit.
