The outdoor shower is also the perfect remedy for eliminating sand after a day at the beach.



The kitchen is open to the living area and features beautiful granite countertops with a breakfast bar, 4 bar stools, ample cabinets and pantry, dishwasher, microwave, electric range/oven, refrigerator with both ice maker and filtered water, and everything else you need for preparing, cooking, and serving your vacation meals. It’s the perfect space for cooking and entertaining.




Other features of this home include full heating and cooling with forced-air HVAC, high-speed wireless internet and app-based television, ceiling fans in the living room, all bedrooms, and the lanai. Additionally, bed and bath linens, pool towels and a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher liquid and antibacterial hand and body soap are all included. The laundry room includes a washing machine and dryer, utility sink, iron and ironing board, drying rack, two laundry baskets, vacuum and other cleaning essentials.



The coat closet is outfitted with two cooler bags, and an insulated grocery bag.

Hopefully you will not need any medical services during your stay, but if you do, we have a walk in clinic within 4 miles’ drive and the Englewood Community Hospital is only 7 miles’ drive away.


The area enjoys a location that is both secluded and tranquil. You can discover the "Real Florida" There are wildlife reserves where you can walk or bike, many wild animals are spotted in the community including Armadillos, Bob Cats and Wild Pigs. Alligators are plentiful in the canals and lakes.


For cyclists and joggers there is the "Rail/trail" a disused rail line to Boca Grande that runs adjacent to Rotonda.
