Primary Bedroom/Bathroom: The primary suite is a dreamy escape with south-facing views, a fireplace, a flat-screen TV, a walk-in shower, dual vanities, a king-size bed, and a dazzling sitting area.
Second Bedroom/Bathroom: North-facing views of the National Forest make this king-size haven with an ensuite walk-in shower a perfect retreat.
Third Bedroom: This sunny spot boasts a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private deck with a shared full bathroom.
Fourth Bedroom: Featuring double and twin beds, this cheerful room also shares a full bathroom.
Laundry Room: Tackle laundry with a full-size washer and dryer on the second floor.

3rd Level - Main Level:
Living Room: Head upstairs to a living area with natural light and spectacular mountain and lake views. Cozy around the fireplace or flat-screen TV, challenge friends at the game table, or work at the desk. Step onto the front deck for fresh mountain air and sizzle dinner on the BBQ gas grill!

Dining Room: Adjacent to the living room, the dining area features a spacious hardwood table for eight and stunning south-facing views - perfect for family feasts!

Kitchen: This is a chef’s paradise! It has everything you need, from a large island and two ovens to a fridge with a water and ice dispenser, coffee maker, blender, and a spice rack that would make any chef jealous.

Bathroom: The 3rd level includes a convenient half bath.

Rooftop Deck: (Closed in winter for safety.)
Climb the rooftop deck from the back door and soak in panoramic views of the lake and mountains! Perfect for sipping wine and dining with six adults or lounging on beach chairs. Just a heads-up: there’s no firepit here, but the views are worth it!

The community clubhouse, overseen by the HOA, closes its doors at 10 p.m.

Our policies are designed to provide a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all guests:

~Maximum occupancy: Ten (10) guests and four (4) vehicles. Parking is available in both the garage and driveway areas.
~ All smoking, pets, and parties are strictly prohibited on the property.
~"Quiet Hours" must be observed from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m., especially outdoors. To maintain noise level compliance and ensure safety, we have partnered with NoiseAware™. Please note that security cameras are installed in the access and parking areas.
~Guests must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation, and a security deposit or damage insurance is required for all stays.
