You can enter the home through the front door using the keypad which leads to stairs that go up to the second floor or down to the first floor. You can also enter the home on the 1st floor through the carport entrance. The 1st floor contains one 1 bedroom with two queen beds, 1 full sized bath, a full size kitchen (this is the secondary kitchen in the home), a dining area and secondary living room with Roku Tv, DVD player and a video library. The laundry room is also located on the 1st floor with a separate entrance behind the home. There are three charcoal grills, a picnic table, outdoor shower and beach toys/chairs in the backyard.

The second floor of the home offers stunning ocean views and is where the primary kitchen, living room, and dinning area are located. The bright, open interior is filled with natural light and features a cozy living room with ample seating. There are two bedrooms on this floor. One has a King size bed and the other has a queen size bed. Both bedrooms have Roku Tv's and blackout curtains. There is also a full bath with tub/shower combo and double sinks between the two bedrooms. The kitchen is decked out with high end appliances such as a 36” Italian gas range and is fully stocked with everything a chef would need to make a gourmet meal. There is also a huge covered wrap around deck with polywood furniture and an outdoor dinning table.

The third floor of the home is where the primary suite and bunk room are located. The primary suite is huge with an attached full size bathroom and double closets. It has a king bed with a luxury Beautyrest mattress and high-end sheets. The master bath has a grand stand-up shower with double vanities and a toilet closet. Just outside the master bedroom is a sitting area, a dining area, full size bath and kids bunk room and a kitchenette. The bunk room has four twin beds. There is also an additional covered patio with amazing ocean views and polywood furniture. Our patios offer shade in the afternoons, so after a long day at the beach, or pool, get a break from the sun, and enjoy a cool drink, dine alfresco and watch the beautiful sunsets.

Three living rooms are perfect for hosting movies or game nights with comfortable seating areas. Everyone gets front-row seats to the HDTV. The cozy area rugs, decorative light fixtures, and plush accent pillows and blankets make this a comfortable place to relax. One on each level allows plenty of space to spread out.

Our beach house is located in the highly desirable Sand Point Circle community. Guests can enjoy the community pool/hot tub right across the street, a private board walk to the beach, and the only beach bar/restaurant on the island. Downtown restaurants and shops are only a few minutes away.
