We enjoyed our stay immensely! The property was as listed and I can not say enough good things about how well stocked the kitchen was! I cook all the time and seldom do I find a kitchen that I can actually cook in and not have to improvise because there is little to no appliances/pots/pans etc. Truly a well stocked kitchen! Beds were comfortable, everything was clean. Communications with the owner were amazing and very rhoirough absolutely would stay again!

The condo was perfect for my stay with my wife, parents and two younger children. The condo provided everything we needed with amazing amenities and a great location. My kids fell in love with the fantastic swimming pool and slides, whilst my wife and I were very impressed with the great value found in this great location. The condo was clean and spacious with a Disney theme which really helped add to the magic for my children. The host has been more than helpful with swift responses to any questions we had, alleviating any stresses and concerns we may have had prior to our stay. Richie really went above and beyond to always be on hand if we needed anything. We strongly recommend staying at this condo and will be seeking to return in the coming years.

My husband, kids and I had a nice stay at this property. Richie is very thorough with his communication and responsive to questions. Our kids enjoyed all the stuffed animals and the pool/water slides. The condo was very clean and located close to Disney. The only minor downside was the bed in the master bedroom was soft and squeaked when you moved around. It would have been nice if a sponge and dish soap were included but it was noted that only small bar soap would be available. Not the condo owner's fault, but there was a very loud, large group by the pool who kept their party going until it closed at 10pm for two nights during our stay. All in all it was a positive experience. Thank you for sharing your condo!

We chose this resort on a recommendation of a friend. This condo was perfect for us! initially we had the wrong access code to the door, but the owner was super fast in responding and answering our call. Even at 11:30pm (Our flights were delayed for hours). My kids loved the theme of the condo and all the animals around the place. The closeness to the pool was a plus. The really enjoyed an afternoon playing and swimming there. We loved how close the unit was to the gate and that the parking was close and readily available. The unit had plenty of extra towels, and even came with towels for the pool! Only downside was the water pressure in the showers. Overall we loved staying here!

Great place to stay and only just a few mins from all the disney parks. Kids loved the heated pool. The waterpark area isnt heated so it was chilly. Very nice place overall. Would definitely stay here again!

This incredible condo was extremely clean and perfectly located just miles from Disney. The host was wonderful to work with and provided responses to all questions very quickly. The pool and amenities were wonderful. We will stay here again!

For a person that does a fair amount of traveling… we very pleased with the house, clean and had amazing amenities at the property. Ritchie was so accommodating and made sure I was well informed prior to my arrival! He is by far one of the best VRBO hosts I have ever experienced! We will definitely keep in and this property in mind in the future!

This property was exactly what we needed. The proximity to Disney was amazing. The condo was just as listed. The kids loved playing with ALL of the stuffed animals. Everything you might need was included in the condo! Perfect for families with multiple kiddos. We had a fantastic trip. The pool was heated nicely, and we were able to swim comfortably even on cooler days in November. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and well maintained as per the pictures. The pool area was fun and it was in a good location. Giving it an overall of 3 stars for a few reasons. The check in process was very extensive with a lot of paperwork and we had to sign additional forms since it’s a condominium community. Communicating with the host was great, but we weren’t able to get an early check in nor late check out. Had to sign forms and get wrist bands for the pool which was okay but another thing to keep up with. The day we checked out the house cleaner was there literally at 9:50 even though we were still packing up to leave at 10. Good price and cute place near Disney, just know it’s definitely more complicated to stay at than other places we’ve stayed.

Richie was the best host! He always was quick to respond and very helpful. The place was extremely clean, comfortable and fun for our littlest! We cannot wait to go back! We found our new home away from home! :)

We used this to sleep primarily. Very spacious for our family of 8. It was just right. Kids loved the pool area. We went to Disney world multiple days and the best part was being 10 minutes from parking lot to home. The host in phenomenal communicating. The facility is super secure and clean. We would stay here again when we come back.

The condo and community were amazing. The location is perfect. Richie is an A+ host. We would recommend this to others and book again if we had the chance.

Our stay at this property was wonderful! Before and during our stay I had several questions, and Richie not only responded quickly, he responded thoroughly! His welcome packet is amazing, with all the details you could possibly need, including a back way to Disney World which worked out great! We never hit any traffic getting to the parks! The parks are only 5-10 mins from this condo! My boys loved the pool, splash pad and water slides at the condo, and they came in handy after very long and hot days at the parks! The condo itself was clean and very cutely decorated with Disney decor! My sons loved all of the Disney stuffed animals everywhere! There is a Walmart about 1 minute from the condo, which was great for quick trips to the store for things! Overall, we loved the condo, we loved the location and we loved the open communication with the owner!

Amazing pool view condo with great slides, splash pad, and pools. Close to Disney World. The condo is equipped with kitchen dishes, but no food, coffee, dish soap, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Overall a great experience.

Condo is very close to the Disney parks, the property is beautiful, and the host is very responsive.

We loved this place! It was perfect for our large family. My two youngest loved all the Disney stuffies that were in each room. The owner is super communicative and very responsive to any questions. There are a lot of check in steps and reading but definitely worth it. He has an answer for everything and made sure we didn't miss anything. The pool and water play area are perfect for after spending a hot day at the parks or for a break in between.

Got in after 8pm on a Sunday and needed assistance at the gate. Chris, the property manager answered my call right away after hours and was wonderful getting us in. Thanks, Chris. Communication with Richie is very detailed. This rental was perfect for our Disney trip! Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

We stayed here during a family trip to Disney. The shortcut provided by the owner to Disney was great. We were there in less than 10 minutes in the morning. The condo is clean, quiet and has many amenities. The owners were great to work with. Our three young children loved the pool, water slides and splash pad. The arcade, game room and market were great a great bonus. The condo is located near many stores and restaurants and was an excellent home base for Disney. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had an excellent week at the condo. I loved the location. The pool and snack shack area are wonderful and so clean and nice. I love the Disney theme of the condo. The kitchen was nicely stocked. We had everything we needed. The only two things that weren’t perfect is the security team was fairly rude (not this owner’s fault whatsoever) but it would have been nice if they were a bit more welcoming and kind throughout the week. The other thing is that the condo isn’t baby proof and we had a my 11 month old with us. That isn’t a deal breaker and I’ve never traveled with her before so I didn’t think about it but there’s several electrical outlets that are very accessible. Again I’m not sure that’s really the owner’s problem and it certainly wouldn’t keep me from booking again.

We went here with 3 other families. Our condo was by far the nicest! When we arrived the biggest issue for me was that the bathroom floors were very dirty as well as the screened in balcony. I had to personally wash the balcony floor and the bathroom floors. I don’t make that a reflection of the owner - rather management company. Windsor Hills property is ok.

Property delivered on description to a T. Condo was clean, great fit for my family of 5. Pool area was a blast, on-site food good, proximity to shops and all things Disney. Richie was a top notch host in terms of communication, promptness, and thoughtful inclusions in the condo with stollers, pool toys, and more!

This property had all of the amentities from coffee makers, to the pool, splash play area, gym, arcade and recreation room. The beds were extremely comfortable, tv's in all of the rooms. Pool towels and strollers too! Our host Richie was great! I had a few questions along the way and he was very quick to respond, super helful! I would gladly recommend this property to family and friends! Thank you :-)

Our entire family enjoyed the condo and property. Plenty offered and we took advantage. Kids loved the pool and water park, the game room and basketball court. The beds were super comfortable and the condo was ideal for our family. Richie was great with communication and appreciated his quick help on our departure day.
