This is Motel 6 being udpated/transformed into a Park Inn by Radison. The hotel lists breakfast included, but it is only a pot of coffee in the registration lobby. It is overpriced as an Inn by Radisson since it is still just a motel 6. The rooms have been recently painted with updated fixtures, which was very nice and comfortable. The MOTEL 6 sign is still on the street side and building and poorly "blacked" out with spray paint, The Radisson sign is posted to second story as a banner and is hard to read/locate from the street.

Hotel was well located and easy walk to several restaurants. Not super clean and could use some renovations. Had to ask for hair dryer and extra blanket. No shampoo or conditioner in room. Overall a reasonable place to stay for budgeting traveller.

Rooms were okay but the beds sheets not clean and sheets had holes in them. Some of the outlets did not work.

Second time there and noted very friendly and helpful host at the counter. Bed held up well. Back unit was not as well maintained as the room further front.

I’ve never stayed at hotel that did not have coffee machines, or shampoo in the rooms? Had to pay extra for the refrigerator.

Such bad experience we checked in and both rooms one plumbing and one heating changed rooms same problem slept in cold freezing room .

I'ts quiet and cleaned, but the only thing I did not like is that the bed (full size) was kind of cheap, and the sheets were old with some stains

I didn't realize that I needed to order house keeping to freshen the one towel that I had to use also the top sheet and blanket were put on the bed in the wrong order, fitted sheet on bottom then the top sheet and then the blanket. lol
I should have asked for a room away from the early morning garbage ben pickup. It was quite noisy and woke me up.

Terrible water pressure and almost impossible to get the water a good temp. Either scalding hot or freezing.
Staff is nice, area around the motel is extremely nice (because Petaluma is nice).

The room smelled really funny and nasty and the bed was incredibly uncomfortable, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all really it was so weak but the people that were running the place seem to be on the ball. The place needs an update, but I think that’s pretty obvious.

First off the office smelled like weed. The guy working was nice enough. The room stunk the bathroom was disgusting. There were cockroaches in the bathroom. The tv didn't have a remote. It was just overall terrible and I felt horrible for bringing my kids to a room like that. Next time I'll pay a little more for a better hotel.
