The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent this charming Provencal farmhouse on 3 levels with swimming pool, in the Vedène area, with a surface area of 200 m² and able to accommodate up to 10 travelers. It features an attractive 45 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 500 m² garden. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows :
First floor :

- A large, fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, large-capacity electric oven, microwave oven, gas piano for hotplates, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates... and a fireplace.

- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190), washbasin area, closet
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190), washbasin area, closet

2nd floor:
- A large room with two single beds and a sports room
- A 30 m² terrace with no furniture
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A private, unheated swimming pool is open from June to the end of September and is surrounded by a fence.
- A beautiful 500 m² south-facing, fully enclosed garden includes an unheated swimming pool, deckchairs, garden furniture, tables, chairs, parasol, as well as a pizza oven and a work surface with barbecue and plancha.
The house is set in pleasant surroundings at the end of a cul-de-sac. Within a 700-meter walk, you'll find a bakery, fishmonger's, butcher's, chemist's, wine cellar, as well as a mini-market selling exotic products and a convenience store. A 2 km drive takes you to the shopping center at Le Pontet, with the region's largest Auchan store and many other major retailers. Also 4 km away by car are the Leclerc, Lidl and Aldi supermarkets.
