- A valid government-issued photo ID must be sent to the host before arrival for identity verification purpose and as part of the check-in process. Check-in details will not be sent if the reservation holder fails to send their ID.
- Strictly no parties or large gatherings without consent. Noise restrictions are in place from 10pm.
- You are responsible for any extraordinary expenses including but not restricted to: property damage, loss of property, breakages, rubbish removal and extra ordinary cleaning.
- Key loss will result in a charge of $200; if you lock yourself out and ask the host for assistance, $100 will be charged before 10 pm and $200 will be charged after 11 pm
- Check-out time is by 10 am. Late check-out will result in a charge of $100. Keys need to be placed back to our nominated place before the check-out time.
- Check in and check out instructions will be automatically sent via seperate emails.
- Early Check-in request: Unlike hotels, we do not have an onsite cleaning service and our cleaners usually make their schedule a day before. We have a standard check in time of 3pm which ensures that our cleaners have enough time to make our home nice and clean for your stay! If you need an early check in, please contact me at least a day before your planned arrival day and we will try our best to accommodate your request! Unfortunately we will not be able to guarantee any early check in request on the day of your arrival, thank you for your understanding in advance!
