The home is outfitted with Minut devices (measures volume decibels; does not record) that notifies us when noise levels at the property exceed the set limit. This is a tranquil neighborhood that's best suited for guests looking for a relaxing getaway. We appreciate your understanding.

* Pool is open year-round and can be heated up to 82F, upon a 48-hour notice for an additional fee of $75.00/night (must be heated for entire length of stay), please message if you would like this!

* (6) security cameras record audio & videos at property facing outdoor areas only and are strictly for security reasons and to ensure guests' safety. They are not monitored unless issues arise during guest stay.

* Indoor fireplace is decorative and closed off in the chimney, non-operational.
