Downstairs has a full living room area + queen sofa bed. You may enter through the garage at this level as well! Makes it great for separate living spaces + privacy! There is a private patio for your usage as well. This beauty is equipped w/ 3 new TV’s (Roku) for streaming.

Laundry room is available w/ advanced notice. 7.00 per load. Please let us know if you will need to do laundry during your stay.

2nd level features a queen bedroom w/ balcony and full bathroom. 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed that sleeps 3 guests.

This home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to each guest visit!

We absolutely DO NOT allow any parties of any kind. All guest staying in the home need to be registered. This is a non-smoking home we do not allow smoking or vaping in the home.

We are a pet friendly home, 1-pet is allowed. Your furry friend is not allowed on any furniture.
Please bring poop bags to discard in the provided trash bins outside.
