This one-bedroom, one-bath condo is a harmonious blend of style and comfort, designed for those seeking a tranquil yet luxurious escape. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light, while the outdoor deck beckons with its mirrored walls and endless ocean views.
Inside, every detail has been thoughtfully curated:

- A fully renovated kitchen, complete with high-end appliances and everything needed to whip up a meal.
- A modern living area that opens onto a large deck, perfect for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a sunset dinner.
Nestled directly on the iconic Pacific Coast Highway, you’ll enjoy private beach access, moments away from Malibu’s top attractions, and the soothing sounds of waves from every corner of this beautiful space.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire condo, including the tandem carport driveway, ensuring seamless parking off the PCH. No one else will be on the property unless discussed with you beforehand.
For all 30+ day stays, mid-stay professional housekeeping is required. This includes a full cleaning of the condo and a refresh of linens, ensuring your extended stay remains pristine and comfortable.
Located in the heart of Malibu, Malibu Breeze is close to renowned dining spots like Nobu Malibu, Geoffrey’s, and Malibu Farm Pier Café. Enjoy easy access to local gems like the Malibu Pier, Escondido Falls, and scenic wineries. This peaceful escape is just a short drive from Santa Monica and Venice Beach.
We also manage a 1-bedroom unit in this building (Breathe Malibu), located on the 1st floor, which can accommodate up to three guests. If you're interested in booking both units or would like more details about the additional space, feel free to reach out to us directly!
-Minimum Age of Primary Renter: 25 years old
-By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement.
-You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.
-For stays under 30 days, there is a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet. For 30+ stays, there is a non-refundable fee of $300 per pet. Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check out.
-Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional charge of up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.
-For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.
-All 30+ day stays require mid-stay cleanings by our professional housekeeping team. Payment will be requested after booking confirmation.
-Additional fees are required for pool/spa heat if applicable, please reach out to Reservations for more details.
-Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $250 fine.
