Please understand that this property is on the lake which means applicable wildlife live in the area, including mayfly, spiders, stink bugs, mosquitos and lady bugs. We do use echo friendly deterrents, but they do take advantage of open doors and enter anyways. We do not provide refunds for bugs unless a professional pest control exterminator determines there to be an inside infestation. We try to understand that our local birdlife needs these critters for their survival.
