Cocoonr/BookandPay offers this charming 157 m² air-conditioned house for rent in Les Trois-Îlets, with sea and mountain views, less than a kilometre from the beach. It has a private swimming pool and can accommodate up to 8 people. It comprises a 39 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a 763 m² garden. With fibre-optic Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- Master bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200), TV and desk area with RJ45 ethernet socket and en-suite shower room.
- Bedroom 2: two single beds that can be brought together to make a 180x200 bed, with en-suite shower room and WC
- Separate WC
First floor:
- 39 m² living room with sofas, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with food processors (multi-function food processor, electric lemon squeezer and mixer), Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, etc.
- An outdoor dining area on a high terrace, with an outdoor lounge and two hammocks.
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 4: two single beds that can be pushed together to make a 180x200 bed and a study area with RJ45 ethernet connection
- Bathroom with bath and WC
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

- A private 8mx4m swimming pool heated by a heat pump. It is open all year round and has an alarm and secure fencing.
- The terrace around the pool is 40 m² and has six deckchairs and an outdoor shower with water at room temperature.
- The upstairs terrace is 58.5 m² and has a table, garden furniture (sofas and armchairs) and two hammocks.

The house is located 900 m from Pointe du Bout, with an accessible shuttle bus to Fort-de-France, Anse Mitan beach, as well as restaurants and food shops.
What to do :
Pointe du Bout is a lively tourist area, offering a marina, a Creole village with many shops (including a pharmacy) and restaurants. You'll also find a wide range of services: car and boat hire, catamaran trips, diving clubs, windsurfing and kite-surfing, and jet skis. Anse MITAN beach is 900m from the house.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park. There is space for 3 to 4 vehicles.
