This modern house has all the amenities for a comfortable stay, it has a capacity for 6 guests and enjoys a beautiful view. The house is distributed as follows:

>Living-dining room: spacious and very luminous space with a table for 6 people. Next to it, there is a large fireplace for the colder months, with a Smart TV and a large ‘L’ shaped sofa to enjoy with friends or family. Behind the sofa, there is a beautiful bay window with a splendid view.
>Kitchen: fully equipped for a stay at home, it is a large space with refrigerator, oven, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, and more! In addition, the kitchen has access to a beautiful balcony.
> Bedrooms: This house has three bedrooms: the main bedroom have a double bed, coat racks, window, and night light. The second and third bedroom has 2 single beds. All bedrooms have AC.
> Bathrooms: The 2 bathrooms in the house are modern in style and offer a toilet, standing shower or bathtub, and storage space underneath.
>Balcony: Next to the living room there is a small covered balcony with a small table for 2 people, ideal for enjoying a delicious breakfast or snack.
>Patio: Down the stairs we have another living area with a bed-sofa and TV. Please ask for availability to use the sofa bed for overnight stay. Next to this area is the door that leads to the patio where we have a beautiful private swimming pool to cool off in, as well as for sun loungers for sunbathing.

Furthermore, in this urbanization, we have easy on-street parking right in front of the house and a privileged location situated in a quiet and exclusive environment, with easy access to golf courses, beaches, restaurants, and shops.

- San Pedro: 7 min drive
- Puerto Banus: 8 min drive

A security deposit of €800 needs to be delivered by 3 days before your arrival, this one will be given back 3 days after departure.

*We will be waiting for you to give you the keys. Check-in is available from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. After 9 pm there’s an additional charge of 40€ until 11 pm, and 60€ until 00hs. Outside these hours, please ask us for availability and rates. Please let us know your arrival time 24 hours in advance to make sure that someone will be waiting for you and you can enter the apartment. If you arrive one hour later than the scheduled time, there will be a surcharge of €25.

*We do not accept groups of teenagers or underage guests unaccompanied by adults. The minimum age to book is 25 years old.

*Sheets and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests, if you need more, they will have an additional cost. We do not provide towels for the beach. *Transfer to and from the airport available, check availability and costs.

*The pool is only open a few months a year. Please check pool availability for your chosen dates. Please note that due to the drought, pool opening dates may be affected.
