Welcome to the Sandpiper Home! This well appointed and newly remodeled bungalow is spacious for a family of 4 in the Largo area! We are conveniently just a 6 minute drive to Bellair Beach and a 3 minute drive to downtown Largo. If you are a traveling nurse - we are just 3 minutes from Largo Hospital! Our home comes with a 1 car garage, W/D and a fully fenced in back yard for your beloved pets. Our neighborhood is quiet and safe - we look forward to welcoming you to our home!

The Sandpiper is a 2/1.5 newly remodeled bungalow. Enjoy new appliances and furnishings with a completely fenced in yard and additional garage space for storage.

Everything inside the home is private and for your use only

I love interacting with my guests, however that interaction is up to you! If you need anything at all (Even just local recommendations) just give me a holler! I want you to have the best time at my home.

There is a pet fee of $100 PER pet. I will request the additonal fees upon your booking based on your reservation.

Check in is at 5pm, however I will always send the check in as soon as the home is ready and available for your arrival. Often times, this happens around 2pm - however never a guarantee.
There is absolutely no smoking in the home. There is an upwards fine of $500 to remediate the smoke smell. Do not discard of cigarette butts or the like in the indoor trash cans. Please note, if smoking is discovered during your stay we will remove you from the property with no refund. Thank you for following this simple rule.
