Oregon's Corner combines original hardwood floors with contemporary updates, creating a cozy and stylish home to stay in while visiting the OBX. With space for up to 10 guests, the cottage has five bedrooms, including spaces with classic wood walls and partial ocean views from the upstairs bedrooms. Perfect for families or groups, Oregon's Corner offers a fenced yard for your furry friends and is just steps away from the Atlantic Ocean. Situated in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, you'll be within walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants, making it the ideal location for a beach getaway.
For some additional space, there is also Captain's Corner Unit B, a classic yet updated home furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, cozy living room with a smart TV, laundry facilities, and a patio dining space. A quaint loft with two twin beds, perfect for a kid's room, is accessible via a spiral staircase, providing extra sleeping space. Note: Please use caution when climbing the staircase, especially with young children. Oregon's Corner is the ultimate beach retreat, with the Oregon Street beach access just steps away!
With flexible booking options and a 3-night minimum stay, you can enjoy a week-long vacation or a short stay getaway anytime of the year.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund as the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations.
CANCELLATION POLICY

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
