The Space:
Escape in your private treehouse nestled in the rolling hills of Austin! Tucked on a cul-du-sac, this nearly half-acre lot has amazing views of the lake and surrounding trees that give it such a private feel. Upon entering the home you are immediately greeted with spectacular views of the lake, Pella windows line the open family/kitchen concept which welcome you to your home in the trees. Enjoy the open-concept living area with high ceilings and large windows that flood the space with natural light or gather around the cozy wood-burning fireplace.
Step out from the family room or kitchen to the over-sized deck where you will gaze at the stars on those Texas nights. Fully equipped with modern stainless steel appliances, perfect for preparing delicious meals. This ranch home has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, and mother-in-law suite or guest quarters above the garage. Davenport Ranch, Restaurants and Austin Country Club are just right around the bend and within minutes downtown and Zilker Park.
Step outside to a gorgeous private backyard with exterior seating and lake views, with just the right amount of shade among the trees, perfect for soaking up the Texas sun. Located in a serene neighborhood, yet just minutes away from Austin's vibrant downtown, shopping, dining, and entertainment.
Guest Access:
Portoro uses smart locks. Guests will receive a designated code for their stay 24 hours prior to check in and once the guest agreement is signed and the reservation is fully paid. Guests have access to the entire home and can utilize the 4 parking spots in the driveway but are asked not to block the garage.
Getting Around:
Austin offers plenty of transportation options. Ride sharing, micro-mobility, and mass transit are available everywhere. Downtown Austin, including the University of Texas are 12 minutes from the home, and the airport is just 18 minutes away.
Other Things to Note:
Please pay close attention to following house rules. Non compliance could result in sizable fines.
- All guests staying at a Portoro home are required to sign a rental agreement and complete identity registration.
- Age restrictions apply. Please inquire for more information.
- All guests must be included on the guest list and not exceed the maximum number stated on the listing which is 6.
- Over occupancy will result in a fine up to $250 per additional head or $2000 if any kind of event or gathering with unregistered guests is occurring during a guest stay. There is a digital occupancy monitor to help enforce this policy.
- Upon arrival, we aim to ensure your safety, proper access to the home, and guest features. Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to Portoro directly.
- Known damages incurred during your stay must be reported to the property manager immediately.
- No open flames or candles in the home or outside of the home. Skyfall is in the Westlake Fire Safety District and only you can prevent wildfires.
- No Smoking or Vaping on the balconies or deck. Do not discard cigarettes on the property or in the house. Bring your own vessel for disposal or place fully extinguished cigarettes directly into the outside trash.
- This is a no pets/animal property.
- Before check in, we will send you detailed directions to ensure a seamless arrival.
- We cannot guarantee early check ins or late checkouts. When it is possible to check in early or check out late, there will be a fee for anything outside of a one hour window within our standard times. If your need for an early check in or late check out is great, your best option is to book an additional night.
- The home has cameras for external monitoring only.
- Reservations made during festivals and conferences are nonrefundable.
- Both the City of Austin and the State of Texas require all hotel and vacation rental hosts to collect hotel tax. We collect these two taxes within the booking transaction. The state requires 6 percent and the city requires 11 percent.
- A portion of the city hotel tax helps support musicians and related businesses.

If the house happens to be ready earlier than our standard 4 pm check in time on the day of your arrival, we, in most cases will allow an early check in.
