The ground floor features a comfortable living area with a leather chaise lounge, flat-screen TV, and a private paved courtyard, along with a queen bedroom and a bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll find another queen bedroom with its own private balcony, a third bedroom with two single beds, and a spacious, contemporary bathroom with a separate toilet.
The sleek kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, and a dining table for six. The airy lounge area, complete with a flat-screen TV, opens onto a sun-drenched balcony that spans the length of the dining and living spaces. For your convenience, the internal laundry includes a washer and dryer.
Located just half a block from Sawtell's beautiful patrolled beach, you can easily stroll along First Avenue, lined with historic fig trees, to explore Sawtell’s award-winning restaurants, cafes, boutiques, and the RSL Club. The property also features a single lock-up garage with internal access. All quality linens are provided for your comfort—feel free to bring your own beach towels!
