From our property you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula. Conveniently located between the Balboa & Newport Piers you will never be more than 5-10 minutes from shops 30+ restaurants & bars, Balboa Fun Zone etc
Beautiful 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom fully furnished house in Newport Beach. Perfect for snowbirds, travelers and business trips. Centrally located between beach and bay on peninsula. Amenities included: deck, patios, dishwasher, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, updated kitchen and new bathroom, laundry in building, front and back patios with deck, outside shower, one car garage, bikes, paddleboards, bbq, dutch door. Utilities included. Wifi.
Conveniently located between the Balboa & Newport Piers you will never be more than minutes from shops 30+ restaurants & bars, Balboa Fun Zone etc. Single story and includes EVERYTHING YOU NEED to enjoy your stay at the beach. Our home has a fully equipped kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, air fryer, slow cooker, blender, silverware etc), Smart TVs, dining room, Patio & BBQ, Washer/Dryer, and one garage parking.

Bedroom 2 - (2 twins trundle beds).
Step into our modern beach vibe 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home known as the Charming Round Cottage. Experience the ultimate convenience and comfort of this spacious interior during your stay. Date Available: January 2024, 1 month +, Monthly rentals.
IMPORTANT HOME NOTES:
- Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking.
-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.
- Upon arrival, the guest agrees to be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management.
- Guests submitting a reservation the same day as their arrival date are advised to message Tower 17 Properties prior to submitting their request. Same-day reservations may be required to accept a later than advertised arrival time of 5 pm to ensure the completion of our cleaning and inspection process.
- Guests arriving or departing before or after designated arrival and departure times without written consent from Tower 17 Properties and Management will be charged a $299 fee and applicable taxes. Guests departing after 1pm will be charged for the additional nightly rate as advertised. If an unapproved late departure impacts the arrival of an incoming guest, the departing reservation is subject to penalties and fines including but not limited to the refund of the incoming reservation.
- Must be 30+ Years Old to Rent
- Please review house rules regarding Noise, Day/Nighttime Occupancy, etc.
- Quiet Hours 10 pm - 7 am, no Patio access after 10 pm.
- Overnight/Nighttime Occupancy 4 people. (10 pm - 7 am)
- Daytime Occupancy may not exceed 6 people without written consent from Tower 17 Properties & Management.
-Parking for 1 vehicle inside of our garage is available. Midsize and compact vehicles are recommended.
-Laundry is Shared in Garage with Rear Tenant
- You are renting a duplex home with 1 level and a long term tenant (Detached) in the rear of the property
-This home has a 1-step threshold to enter the front of the home.
- Noise from surrounding homes, adjacent units, and beachgoers should be expected.
- High Chair & Pack n' Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay and are provided pending availability.
- Children Must Be supervised at all times especially when outdoors as there is a boulevard and the ocean nearby.
