Bedrooms
This home offers 3 spacious bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. All bedrooms include flat-screen smart TVs and plenty of storage.

Bedroom #1: King sized bed. Smart TV. Large dresser and couch. Trundle bed in large closet with queen and twin. We recommend this for kids as not the most comfortable.
Bedroom #2: Full bed with Queen, dresser, large closet, and smart TV.
Bedroom #3: Queen bed, closet, dresser, and smart TV.

Bathrooms and Laundry
The home has 2 full bathrooms, including an en-suite and a shared bathroom. A laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer is also available for your convenience.

Kitchen & Dining Area
Prepare meals in the fully stocked kitchen, equipped with all the necessary appliances. The spacious kitchen is perfect for group cooking, and you can enjoy your meals indoors or outdoors on the cozy patio.

Living Areas

Guests have full access to all areas of the home, including the spacious living areas, fully equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms, and the beautiful outdoor pool area. Enjoy dining al fresco, lounging by the pool, and making use of the large smart TV for entertainment. The only area restricted is a locked storage space, which is not available for guest use. All other amenities and spaces are yours to enjoy during your stay!

A pool heater will be installed on 12/20/24 to ensure your pool is the perfect temperature for year-round enjoyment. Please note that there is an additional fee of $35 per day to heat the pool. This fee allows us to maintain the ideal swimming conditions, especially on cooler days. If you'd like the pool heated during your stay, simply let us know, and we'll be happy to make arrangements for you to enjoy a warm and relaxing swim!
