The pool area was great and an unexpected bonus. Breakfast was ok - very carb heavy but reasonable selection of fruits, tea, pastries, bread etc. The reception staff were all really friendly and helpful. Great location in town near restaurants and opposite the bus station.

The bathroom wasn't the cleanest and the shower was very weak.

Nothing

Never stayed in a hotel where the bedroom window overlooked a corridor. Could not even open the curtains because everyone passing by could look in. And of course it was very noisy.

Everything was superb, especially Joshua at the front desk. He went out of his way to accommodate us for an early check in. Location is fantastic, just across the bus station. And very good restaurants and shopping just a few minutes walk away.

Great locality with lots of bars and restaurants. Bus station is directly in front of hotel.

Unfortunately our room was stinky.

This hotel is so friendly and casual. It has a good mix of people - young & older couples, families, groups of young people. Breakfast was a buffet with lots of variety. Communal areas are large and well used.

There was no water pressure in the shower and although the pool was nice and refreshing after a hot sticky day, it was dirty (algae in the water filter)

Nothing!!!!!!

Everything!! Place was not clean and breakfast was terrible!! Our room smelled like sewer due to poor drain design in bathroom. Towels were worn and flimsy and bathroom throw rugs were disgusting!!!! The room air conditioner made loud clicking noises when regulating the on and off flow of air. Beware, this hotel added a 4% surcharge which they sent threw booking.com but they denied responsibility for the charge!!! Would NEVER stay here again!!!!!!

Very friendly personnel! The location is just across from the bus terminal where the buses to the waterfalls, the airport and Brazil leave, so extremely convenient located!

Location next to Bus Station to Iguacu Waterfalls. Very helpful staff in time of need.

Facilities were basic

The location was great - very close to restaurants and the city center for shopping. the staff was very helpful and booked multiple drivers for us to visit Iguazú park. Breakfast was good and room was comfortable.

The towels were old and scratchy.

Location, clean, plentiful breakfast (if sweet oriented). Good value for the money, friendly reception. Good wifi.

Hot water in the shower required you to first run the water in the sink. Sadly this was only written in Spanish, so we had cold showers.

Breakfast is great, a lot of sweet options. You can use the kitchens water heater all day and there is a water dispenser in the lobby just across the bus station, east to get to the falls.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice. The common area was big and had plenty of cutlery/plates, hot water toilet flush was the strongest I've ever witnessed. Rooms were cleaned. Location is very central. The bus depot is opposite the hotel, which makes getting to iguazu falls very easy. I liked that the airport bus recognised the hotel. Which made dropping off and picking up easy.

The furnishings - blankets, mats, etc felt like they were donated from a charity aimed at helping the homeless. The walls seemed to have yellow smoke stains. The bathoom shower seemed to be unmaintained.The tv reception was poor - fuzzy channels. The room/ceiling isn't soundproof. You can hear kids running and arguing and people talking.

unfortunately the property isn’t maintained at all. room and bed lined were not clean. toilets and shower were dirty, with moist in shower. smell was horrible. room looked very different from pictures. it was more of a hostel than hotel.
