Andi is a great host and very responsive. Whilst we were there the internet and satellite tv both had problems. Andi quickly resolved the issues and kept us informed of the progress. The villa is large enough to allow for people to spread out. The pool is excellent and very well maintained. The front porch is great to sit on and relax out of the sun. Plenty of restaurants and bars are within a short walk and there is a wide range of culinary choices to be found.

Fab week in this lovely house. Great to have things set up for kids which was massively appreciated such as stair gates, travel cot, high chair etc. The only thing I would change is to have air con as even with the fans it was hot for the kids! Andi was so helpful with any questions and sorting transfers from the airport. Great location and lovely pool, perfect for the children. Thank you x

Excellent home, amenities provided exactly as described plus very clean and tidy. El divino complex is very well kept with lovely grounds. Easy walk to many supermarkets, restaurants,bars and the beach. For us Roda golf (excellent course) was a short taxi ride away too.

Stayed on El Divino several times so know properties well Clean and tidy. Good communication with owner and key holder, Only slight downside was only 2 of us and hot water was an issue if both showered in evening had to wait 10/15 minutes between showers Would stay again

Great well equipped property with lots nearby. We did however miss aircon as not as adapted to the heat as the locals are... did have lots if fans available i the house thank you so much.

Had a wonderful time with the family at Andi’s place and a great contact with the keyholders Barbara and her husband. Thanks again for the help and the kids all say ola😊 Looking forward to book again next time.

As the title says, we enjoyed our stay so much that we wished we'd stayed longer, so next year we'll be back. The house and facilities are superb, everything you would need for a long or short stay, great area to stay 5 minutes walk to the restaurants and 10 minutes to the beach. The house came fully equipped and everything worked perfectly. Check in was so simple and Steve was there to meet us on the day. Communication with Andi was great and she is very responsive. Can't wait for next year.

We have been visiting Los Alcazares for the last 7 years with our 3 children. It is such a friendly, safe place and a great location. This is the first time we have rented a place in the El Divino complex and again it was the perfect location. Just 5 minute walk to bars and restaurants and a further 5 to the beach. The closure of San Javier airport means transfer was further, but still only 25 mins away (i think we have been spoilt over the years with only a 10 min transfer!) You can tell the owner has been renting her place out for a long time as she has thought of EVERYTHING!! There is an amazing file full of information from how to use various things to directions to local markets and best places to eat. We had an issue with an appliance during our stay and it was fixed with no messing within 24 hours! We wouldnt hesitate to stay again, it has been a pleasure!

Which when told to the property manager at the end of the stay he just said he new about it but had not had time to fix them both. The property is not bad the double bed is very small and for to adults it's a bit tight. Other than that it was on par with other rentals in this area.

First time to Los Alcázares and it won’t be our last, weather constantly hitting the highs and the beach is lovely with very warm waters. Ideal for young families and alike. Plenty of restaurants and bars to relax in and to enjoy watching the world go by.

Lovely property on the beautiful El Divino complex. Great base to explore the Mar Menor and the Med. 2 pools for the family to enjoy if you do not wish to venture out. The beach a leisurely 15 minute stroll away. The owners are very friendly and helpful with any queries you may have. Great place to have a relaxing holiday. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful holiday the house was lovely! it had everything we needed for our 1year old son,Andi answered any questions we had regarding the property. the pool and grounds was beautiful, you have everything in walking distance bars restaurants supermarkets and the beach! We will definitely be visiting again next year!

Well maintained property with all you need for a comfortable stay

We had a great time in this lovely house, it's in a great position with everything you could possibly need all within a 5-10 minute walk, a car certainly is not necessary. Andi is easy to deal with and has lots of tips on where to eat and places of interest. Definitely be back in the not to distant future all positive and nothing negative to say. If your thinking of booking just do it.

We are just back from casa Lola , we had a really lovely holiday. The villa was very clean, and close to the pool, ( not as in the picture) had everything you need including beach towels, beach chairs,there was everything you need, and a welcome pack. It is just a lovely short walk to the main centre . Thank you Andrea for letting us stay and would use it againxx

Just returned from a fantastic holiday with my husband, daughter her boyfriend and my mum. The house lent itself perfectly to our group. The house was furnished to a high standard with a modern kitchen and bathroom. Perfectly located as only a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars! Great communication from Andi and a really nice touch to have the essentials in the fridge when we arrived as a late flight. A really nice location on the complex as nice and quiet and the complex was maintained to a high standard. We’ll definitely return. It was incredibly hot whilst we we there (I believe much hotter than usual) and the only thing that would have made our holiday a bit better was to have air conditioning in the house. Although I’m guessing the strong ceiling fans would usually do a good job! A throughly enjoyable holiday. Thank you for letting us use the house 😎

The complex is generally reckoned to be among the best in the area with nicely lawned grounds and two good sized and well maintained pools. The house was ideal for our family group consisting of grandparents, parents and two under fives. We all slept really well as there was very little external noise. As others have reported the property really feels like home from home with everything you would need and more. Our host was very helpful and communicative and we would have no hesitation in booking with her again.

The property is well equiped and in a good position for the sun all day. Access to the lovely quiet and well maintained pool was down a passage which we had not expected from the photo on your web site. It was well equipped and comfortable although one or two things needed fixing. The two twin rooms need mirrors and locks would be great on the bathroom and shower room door. The towel ring on the shower room also needs fixing. It was great to have beach towels provided and washing facilities fine. The floors could have been cleaner and it was a shame we could not use the solarium and balcony in the main room as they were dirty and unkept. However overall it was a good place and we would return.

Casa Lola was perfectly suited to our three generation family which included our one year old grandson. Spacious, clean and tidy in a very safe environment and complete with lots of little extras, especially for toddlers. The pool area and grounds are spotless and were not overcrowded at all during our stay in May. A short walk to the supermarket (shopping trolley provided) and also to numerous restaurants, virtually all of which we tried and they were all excellent. If you want value then try the Asia Star, prawn crackers, choice starter, choice main, choice rice, choice dessert, bottle of wine and complimentary schnapps all for 10.50 euros per person!!! Or visit El Patio 11 for a huge lamb shoulder at 18 euros. A bit more upmarket is Little Scicilly offering a fantastic fillet steak for 23 euros A liitle further on from the main plaza brings you to the long paseo bordering the Mar Menor, shallow warm waters great for little ones and adults alike. Bars and restaurants along here too, you certainly won't go thirsty or hungry in Los Alcazares. Trips out to Cartagena and Murcia are well worthwhile and can be reached by bus. Overall we had a fantastic holiday, many thanks Andi. John & Linda M.

This house is lovely, with lots of little extras thought of, some games and books. Some extra beach paraphanelia like umbrellas and chairs and toys for the kids. We all loved staying here and my 3 year old has already asked when we can go back (next year we hope!) the pool is so close and very well kept which we all loved going in. The beach is just a walk away and lots of fantastic little cafes near by who were all so welcoming. We even had a few lie ins with out little ones because of the black out shutters. Thanks so much Andi for making such a welcoming house-everything well thought of and lots of local information in the folder.

Nice and clean. We liked especially that the fridge was supplied with good things when we arrived late.

We were here four months from November to the end of February. Playing golf the place was ideal for us. We are coming back next November. This time of the year we could also enjoy the fruits of the orange tree on the front yard. Very juicy.

Unfortunate timing as there was noisy renovation work in opposite block so couldn't sit outside during day. Parking was difficult because of builders equipment taking up spaces.

Perfect location and amazing villa.

Casa Lola was exactly as described, had new kitchen since our last stay. It has everything you need for a comfortable holiday and the arrival pack is most welcome after your flight. El Divino complex with its swimming pool is ideally situated close to the main area with supermarkets and plenty of reastaurants. Our favourite eateries are The Asian Star and Veni but there is plenty of choose and they are all good. Two new eateries are the Tipsy Thistle and Cornelia Garcia which are both close to the Supermarcado for a snack and a drink. We don't use the beach but we like to walk along the promenade, stop for a drink at one if the many cafes, and people watch. We would recommend Casa Lola to anyone, we will be back.

4 (3 adults plus 4 month old) stayed for 20 days in Apr/May 2010. Splendid location minutes from all facilities. House fully equipped and spacious. All neighbours most helpful and pleasant. Keyholder and driver available on phone if any problem. Splendid area for walking with a long promenade along the Mar Menor. With baby in tow we stayed in the area and did not hire car (bus service extensive if required). When not walking we semi lived on the front veranda from morn until night. All of Andreas childrens equipment is in the house plus everything else you could possibly need for a holiday in excellent condition. We ate out and had takeaways regularly - Beach huts all worth a visit for light meals snacks etc. Best value for money and quality was the celt bar in the main square for the big breakfast. The mar menor is a lovely relaxing spot and only minutes from the Airport. 10 out of 10 for value for money, communications by E mail, location, accommodation and general atmosphere. Thank you Andrea for use of your house and we will be back soonest.

We have just returned from another holiday staying at Andrea's house, we had a fantastic time and the children remembered the toy cupboard well!! The house has everything you could possible need and is well equpped with everything a family could want. It is lovely that you can lock the gate and allow the children to play out on the front terrace and even more safe now that the little road outside has bollard's fitted either end so no cars can get through. The beach is fantastic for children and water is nice and shallow, we revisited El Patio which is a must if you are staying here..we had the ox meat on stones which is fantastic, another restaurant we enjoyed was Rosalind's Restaurant we had a fantastic meal there during a lunchtime specail..looks nothing fancy from outside but it certainly surprised us when we went in fantastic food and decor. Next door neighbours were great and gave us loads of information/advice about the area such as markets and festivals just like having your own personnel holiday guide! We were due to fly home on the day the volcano erupted and Andrea was very helpful and allowed us to stay on until we could get home, Brad who looks after the house stopped by on a regular basis to make sure we were ok. We will certainly be returning here and would strongly recommend it to other families as it is home from home!

We have just returned from a fabulous two weeks in Los Alcazares. It was our first visit but we will DEFINITELY be back. The house was fantastic - everything and more we could have needed. Having all the kids equipment on site was such a bonus. The three supermarkets nearby are all excellent - wonderful range of fresh food and very reasonably priced too. The beach is lovely. Highly recommend the tapas beach cafes, esp. the first one on the left along the prom. The main strip was lovely to visit in the evenings with such a good range of restaurants and bars and the kids could run about and make friends as it is all pedestrianised. I know it is not very 'spanish', but if you like asian food especially sushi, the Cocina Asiatica Run Restaurant was superb. I really could not recommend this destination - both house and resort - highly enough!
