Hotel und Zimmer waren sauber. Das Frühstück vom Buffet war sehr gut. Der hauseigen geröstete Kaffee war ausgesprochen lecker. Bis auf die Qualität der Matratze war alles hervorragend.

Die Matratze war völlig durchgelegen und sollte dringend ausgetauscht werden. Wenn wir bei der Abreise gefragt worden wären, ob alles in Ordnung war, hätten wir die Kritik zur Matratze direkt gesagt und die Reaktion darauf abgewartet und ggf. Nichts in der Bewertung geschrieben.

Next door to our friends' house, so that was very practical. Amazing parking opportunity. Breakfast was good and replenished very quickly. Very friendly staff.

If I have to find something: The room (on the side next to fire station) was really warm, there was really no wind, weather was humid and warm. The room had no air-conditioning. A small thing really, because we knew this beforehand.

The Little playground for children.

There is no air condition in the appartments (there seemed to be one in the hotel rooms) and those under the roof can get a bit warmer but still quite acceptable as the building is well isolated.

The room and bathroom were really big.

To enter the hotel after 20:00 we had to use the stairs and we had kinderwagen.. and our daughter had to use the toilet on the 1st floor but there was no lights there. When I asked the receptionist she said that every guest has their own toilet so there is no need to have electricity in the guest toilet. It is logic, but I didn't like that there was no option to turn the light (small kids couldn't hold until running to the second floor with the stairs).. she barley made it.

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, plenty of parking space. Friendly town with a lovely center (and an excellent Greek restaurant nearby).

The room was large and the bathroom was huge. Nicely located, close to the city center at walking distance to many restaurants. 30 minutes drive to the Nuremberg Messe.

Extremely noisy when it rains or when it's windy. I could not sleep, sounded like firecrackers going off all night, due to rain hitting the aluminum and wind rattling the shutters. When I informed the hotel staff after the first night without sleep, I was told that they could not control the weather (!). Apparently there was a problem, because I was later informed that some repairs were done. I did decide to leave early because of the bad experience (not being able to sleep on a business trip.) They still charged me full rate for the night I did not use, citing company policy. Well, it's my policy to never visit them again! They couldn't even offer a free cup coffee. The lighting in the room was insufficient and orange in color. The curtains did not cover the windows, so the room did not get dark. In addition, there's a very strong and overwhelming smell of cheap parfume in the whole hotel. I was told this was on purpose to improve the air quality. Overall, a very negative experience and a staff that has no sense of customer service. On the plus side, the staff did smile while making me feel very unhappy in the hotel. It was clean though.
