Location was very bad, I felt dangerous to walk there in the evening.

Horrible! Dirty sheets, smelled like cigarettes, all room smelled like cigarettes so bad I couldn’t breath Bad bugs! AC did not work , light did not work Fridge was standing in the middle of the room next to the bed!! It was nightmare experience!

10 mins walk to the ferry. Easy check in.

The accommodation would be ok for the price but unfortunately our nonsmoking room was not nonsmoking at all. We even get ashtrays next to each side of the bed. The smell of cigarette smoke was horrible, it was hard for us to fell in sleep and it was hard to hard to wake up into smell. We arrived after midnight and had to get up at 5 am so we were tired enough to complain at the reception and ask for change of the room. It is also quite awkward that there are mirrors everywhere in the room so maybe it is used more as 1 hour hotel? :)

Prison bed. Hard as a rock! Bed for a midget. Disappointed

Everything! No privacy. They (staff) turn off AC while your Away! Hole in the Wall. Dont recommend at all for American tourist

It had a huge balcony with table & chairs to relax on.

The shower area had no walls, you had to be carful.

the price matched the hotel - cheap.

the room reeked of cigarette smoke, bed was hard and much smaller than a standard double, it needed a key to get OUT of our room.

Location was good to get to the ferries. Reception was helpful. We got in earlier than expected and were able to go to our room. Internet was good.

Overpriced for what you get. Shower has no curtain. You have to hold shower while trying to wash. No kettle in the room. A lot of smoke smell. Noisy hotel. Guests on our level arguing and loud. People knocked on our door. Did not sleep in this hotel. Disappointing.

The hotel is close enough to the port and to two subway stations. The area is not too busy, so we didn't have any noise problems. The personnel was very helpful. It offered what can be expected.

No complaints.
