The manager was not interested in helping a new member of his staff. The manager was rude and unhelpful

missing light in bathroom, AC not cooling, road noisy in the morning by side of hotel breakfast regular, coffee machine not working 2 weeks after previous visit

room was acceptable but very very cold. heating wasn’t present or the air conditioning wasn’t working.

the lady who received us was not at all polite with minor patience. first of all as she couldn’t find my reservation, she said I didn’t do it. luckily my family name isn’t common. then I had problems with my cards of which it was a very unpleasant situation for us as she wanted the payment on check-in. Her lack of diplomacy and patience was making me feel very nervous but I managed to control my situation ignoring her and then I finally solved the technical card problems. breakfast was very good with a kind educated waitress.

We had booked triple rooms with a second bed, but it seems there were none available. The rooms were OK, but one leaking toilet, building a bit shabby, etc

Campanile is in general good, free car park, room and facilities good, breakfast is good,

The breakfast was expensive but good, the power sockets in the room are blocked, so had to charge the phones and laptop in the bathroom,

We have stayed in Campaniles before and expected a reasonable, budget hotel with no frills and a good restaurant. That's exactly what we got.

Dinner menu was the same choice of three each night.

Nothing really apart from the road out of there.

The location looked like it was in a bad neighbourhood and didn’t feel safe leaving my motorcycle there. The shutters were closed and didn’t work so the room was in total darkness. Not worth the money.
