The staff at the restaurant and breakfast were rude and not helpful at all. The rooms have a door connecting them with no sound proofing. The kid next door to me work me up early and late at night crying. Front desk peop,e were Luke warm. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

Centrally located, excellent breakfast (huge range of high-quality options). Our room was warm, cosy, large, and comfy. Staff was very supportive and eager to help. Parking was available for free. HUGE recommend

There was a bit of noise/music coming through late-ish at night due to the nightclub located nearby. On an isolated occasion housekeeping was a bit intrusive. Dinner wasn't very accessible price-wise.

We could not use the spa and we almost did not get a parking spot, even though it was written it is for free. They told us there is no free spot, but then we checked and there were several.

Warm rooms with nice interior and perfect view (the building facing via Roma), good service and friendly welcome.

Bathroom cleaning could be better, pillows are pretty thin and thus not very comfortable. Some mess in the restaurant in during the breakfast and rather slow service during dinner.

The room was big, cozy, beautiful and the most important thing was the bed- amazing and comfortable. The staff was an excellent host, kind and highly professional. We will come back again for sure, and we will definitely recommend!

Nice and comfortable hotel. Pleasant staff. We got the large room on the top floor. Amazing views on mountains all around. Hotel located in the town center. Nice restaurant right next to the hotel.

- Breakfast was weak for a 4 star hotel - Very limited parking - Everything is old so from the 80’s

Good location with a great view from balcony. Beds were comfortable, a lot of towels in the bathroom and we even had a massage bathtub.

When we checked in we just got room card and info, where is the room. We didn't got any other information so we end up having breakfast in a wrong dining room apparently.

Great area

No air condition, and a window against the inner stairs, so no way to get the room aired. Had to get up during the night, and take a cold shower. Even after that I could not sleep, as the room was hot, the bed hard and the pillow even harder
