Location, bed was reasonably okay.

Property didn't instruct you before arrival how to access your room. At the door you have to call them (rainy, windy, cold) to get instructions. My battery was running out of power and i was afraid that i will not get access. Key access after getting the access code is very complicated and unusual ( first time i saw this war aged system). They will not give you access to the key, before you send the covid pass by email. When i asked for the email address, i was told to check it by myself on the internet... There was not instructions given how to check out and where i should leave the key. I had to leave the key on the table in the room, leave door open, because i checked out at 6 am. The fruit basket was promised on arrival, no fruit basket. Never again will stay with that property

Comfortable hotel room, great value for money, self check in.

I went with the option “pay at the property”, during my whole stay there was no stuff to talk to though. I had to call the property and ask them to sent me a receipt per email. This option worked well.

No lift to 4th floor elderly man with walking stick.

Price was good and there was a problem with our key (they had accidentally left the wrong one) so staff were on hand immediately to drive to the hotel from another location to sort our our key

Bed was a little uncomfortable but honestly that's nit picking for the sake of it 😂

The hotel was very old and dingy. The room was very basic. It had the most uncomfortable bed I’d ever slept in, the pillows were lumpy, was like sleeping on a sack of tennis balls. The hotel really should invest in new pillows, it’s not acceptable to think people should lie on them! Stayed for 2 nights, was only given one small towel each, no hand towel and no new towels given the next day. Had to go the supermarket to buy toilet roll for the bathroom. The images on booking.com are deceiving, there is no reception, we didn’t see one member of staff throughout our whole stay. No communication from the hotel about how to check out, so just left keys in safe. Could not wait to leave. If you want an extremely basic hotel with no frills then this is for you.
