The sympathy of the staff and the location. We did not use the parking spaces but it’s great that it has it. Ok breakfast as well, nothing to complaint about. Good shower with nice water pressure and comfort beds.

The walls are too thin and the noise is very present and part of our bedroom had inside it the bathroom of the room next to ours so when other guests decided to take a bath at midnight the noise was too much to allow us to sleep. The breakfast would benefit from some fruit. Our room had some humidity issues on the walls that were easy to repair. But we must say that the sympathy of the staff, the comfort and the location makes all of that completely secondary.

It was very comfortable.. We had 3 beds in the room .. Close to the sea.. Breakfast was nice .. The area was beautiful, good restaurants and sea side !

They gave us a code and we couldn't get in to the hotel.Breakfast was limited rolls and jam, on a tray with rationed cheese and ham. Toilet seat was off in the bathroom. Not good value for money.

The room was warm enough, large and comfortable. The management is efficient.

The bathroom is small. The woman on reception and at breakfast is difficult to communicate with. I think she has impaired hearing.

I traveled to run Poryo Marathon. This hotel is really near to the start. The staff was great with the run ers: on sunday they anticipated the breakfast to 6.30 am to allow us to have it with less syress. As well they helped us keepingvthe room until 2 pm to get a shower and change our clothes after the competition. And tbey did for free. Highly adviced for sportsmen and vacation. Very close to Metro station yo city center

Breakfast room included an open air terrace which was a welcome surprise. The man at the desk could not have been more helpful and offered excellent service throughout.

Shower was slow to heat up but this is a widespread feature of Portuguese hotels.
