Afternoon sun heats the unit to a blazing temp

the property was beautiful and well appointed! The rooms and public areas were very clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating.

It’s a bit out of the urban area but no problem to get to.

The door to the room could be oiled or have the timber trimmed- it wasn’t easy to open quietly in the night and curtains in room needed rehanging

absolutely gorgeous wood floors and open windows into a park view. very comfortable bed and perfect take with two chairs to sit and enjoy a drink at the windows. huge wardrobe closets for all our stuff and convenient charging at the bedside tables. super close to the cathedral and restaurants and groceries right across the street!

the other guest kept music or tv on that was easy to hear.

This was a gem, lovely little room in an apartment just 10 mins from Plaza do Obradoiro. The girl who checked us in was lovely and really helpful. It was a bit confusing as you check in at the bar and then they take you to the apartment accross the road. Had a nice breakfast at the bar in the morning.

The location is basically in the center of Santiago and the staff is super nice

Very well located, close to Santiago de Compostela city center and old town. The young girl at check-in gave us a really nice introduction to the city and the most interesting touristic points.

Nothing really serious but the price is a bit high for a room with external bathroom (private but external) and without breakfast included in the stay.

I liked a location, very central

Check in is not possible before 4p.m. The bed is a catastrophe, they really need the change the matress Cleaning lady coming without knocking in the room at 8:30 am

Check in was very easy. The room we were in was cool enough even though the weather was very hot which was nice!

The room was a bit small

The location was very good. We were pilgrims not he Camino and this was an easy walk from the Cathedral. You check in at the bar and walk across the street to apartment style rooms. Quiet street for central location.

The check in time. We just walked 15 miles. We arrived at 2pm for a 4pm check in. They said they wouldn't budge. We ordered beers and some fries, and then they were happy to let us in the room at 3pm. Seemed like a song and dance- but we were happy to play.

The room was comfortable, the shower had good water pressure and temperature, the beds were comfortable, the interior temperature was comfortable, the location was great, the price was right. I enjoyed staying at Hostal Pumar.

Better to ask any questions at the bar in person. I tried to communicate via booking.com and WhatsApp but did not receive a response until after I had checked out. (days later) This wasn't too much of a difficulty but a bit unfortunate.

It was clean. Bed was comfortable. Ideal location to explore the city centre, but quiet enough as it was just outside the busy area.

Check-in at 4pm is a bit late. There was only 1 chair provided with a table in a double room.
