The booking j made through booking . Com was not received/recorded by the hotel , I was first offered a spare room which looked small and shabby , which was later replaced with a room which was again not in a preferred location , there was no toiletries or towels , drinking water was not provided , which later when asked was given in a bottle without cap , when asked they told to adjust without a cap , the power kept going off often for my room alone. the hot water was not Available , the manager was very rude , the food was very limited and the buffet was not refilled , overall it was a very bad stay and i would never recommend JC residency for anyone , if possible I would rate it in negative.

i liked the staff especially Murugan who took care of us really well. The housekeeping lady also ensured rooms are clean in the mornings . Stay was pleasant with good Rooms and best WIFI for my work! worth the stay! felt elated with service and friendly staff

The intercom did not work. otherwise no issues. JC made sure we are good in all means

No agreed faculties, required money back. No internet Wi-Fi, No clean room, No hot water, No toiletries kit, No comb, No soap, No saving kit, No tooth pack, Not even drinking water provided unless we asked. I would request please return my money paid in Hotel.

Food is good

Staff are not cooperative.They denied the facilities given in booking.com and told to contact booking.com.Also booking.com could not be contacted.

The room on the first floor # 107 was comfortable and very elegant.

The rooms on the ground floor # 109 & 110 were okay. The paint was wearing off probably due to the weather.
