Demasiada gente, no es un hotel en absoluto tranquilo.

Instalaciones y actividades infantiles. Para niños pequeños es perfecto

Por poner algo negativo diría que es un poco incómodo el tener que ir a por las toallas para la playa

El bufet espectacular las instalaciones increíbles y el personal de 10

Por poner un pero el colchón de la cama un poco incomodo

excellent facilities, luxurious surroundings friendly staff -food was delicious with lots of choices - very close to beautiful beach!

bed were large and comfortable but were on rollers so tended to move around a lot!!!

It was difficult to check out as you had long lines of people trying to check in. After two hours we felt compelled to jump the line and ask if we could check out. We could but it was not nice to have to apparently queue jump. Could reception put a sign up for a point specifically to check out not just check in? Also it was not clear what menus al a carte restaurants were offering instead of or in addition to the buffet. So we did not eat there and the buffet food whilst offering a good selection was often cold later into the service time. Consequently, we skipped the hotel meals and ate out after a couple of poor dining experiences. Nonetheless, the hotel was lovely and the staff were very good and we would stay again

Restaurants could be more up scale and maybe offer an adults only or a kids space?

The facilities were great for children, and the girls in the kids club were very accommodating and multi-lingual.

the LEDs in the microwave didn’t work, so you couldn’t read the settings (A105)
