Parking was outside in a gated area. However, it does not protect a car from receiving damage by one of the tenants or renters! On our 2nd day we found a 6" intentional scratch on the front passenger door. The next day we found a 2nd scratch that was about 8" long. Both were intentional probably by one of the unit owners. I can't believe that a renter would do something like this. We had French license plates which might have helped target our car. Otherwise, a very spacious, comfortable, clean and pretty well stocked with basic things like coffee, some sugar and paper towels, a lovely bottle of wine with OJ and some milk. Also had the necessary items to cook and eat with. Especially enjoyed the balcony with a peek to the ocean. Great area for restaurants and a fully loaded grocery store and bakery very close by. It is a large building and one needs to be aware of where the apartment is within the building. Would definitely stay at this apartment again!

As a spectator or competitor. It was well equipped, clean , comfortable . Supermarket and restaurants closeby. Ketan v friendly and helpful host.

This was not close enough to town for us. In addition the view was missing the ocean as we had thought it would. Nice town just a bad choice for us.

This was the most comfortable property we have book in Cascais. It was spacious and clean with lots of amenities. Located in a nice area with a lovely bakery and supermarket opposite the apartment and only 20 minutes walk from the centre. It has a lovely pool and gardens for relaxation. I would recommend this property and would definitely consider another visit. We used the services of Ketan and Sandra for transfer to and from the airport which was professional as always.

The apartment was perfect in every way, extremely comfortable, loads of room and spotless. A very well equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, cable TV and the balcony was a great place to relax catching the sun in the afternoon and evening. It is in a very secure gated modern apartment block with off street parking with the sea across the road at the rear. The garden and pool are very well looked after. You can take a lovely walk along the coast into the town or use the local BusCas which stops just around the corner. Taxi fare back from town was less than five euro. Just across the road is a small supermarket and a very popular coffee shop with a LIDL supermarket a few minutes away. A good selection of restaurants overlooking the sea is a few minutes walk away. Check-in with Ketan was very relaxed and he provided us with plenty of information and recommendations about the area. Cascais is a great place for families and couples with loads to do and see and very easy to get around with or without a car. We would highly recommend Ketan and Sandra's apartment. Appartement très propre ( linges, logement, piscine, espaces commun) toutes commoditees (lave linge séchant, lave vaisselle, plaque, four, micro onde, machine Nespresso, fer à repasser,...) Pour couple avec enfants, les canapés lit d'une personne sont adaptés à des enfants jusque 1,60m. Le lit adulte est très grand et confortable. Le couple qui gère cet appartement est charmant et discret, tout en étant disponible. On est à 15 minutes à Pied Du centre ville et à 5 minutes de la plage do Guincho en voiture. Piste cyclable et de balade ou footing le long de la côte, kiosque de Pret gratuit de vélo en bas de la résidence (en août pour 4 se présenter avant 9h pour avoir des vélos). Très bon séjour au calme.

well we did what we never did before. return to the same property again and the reason well we couldn't fault it. close to restaurants, supermarket and beach, private parking and safe. The apartment itself has everything, fully equipped including air conditioning and very comfortable. Ketan and Sandra are great managers and are so helpful and friendly, from collecting us at airport to telling us of all the great things to do in Cascais We would highly recommend this apartment and yes we will be back Regards Bernard and Susan

Yet again , a really relaxing time at this lovely apartment. All the amenities you want , in this clean, well equipped accommodation. We had the pool to ourselves !! An amazing coffee shop across the Road , which was good for breakfast and freshly baked cakes and bread. About half a dozen Restaurants within 5 minutes walk, which were all very good. Its an easy 30 minute stroll along the seafront to the town centre. Would certainly recommend to anyone thinking of visiting this area. Keatan collected and returned us from the airport. Thanks for the cakes !!

Ketan picked us up from the airport and gave us lots of tips about the area. We text him a couple of times and he was very helpful.The apartment was beautiful and well equipped. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom. We had breakfast in the bakery across the road from the apartment. The rolls are lovely and the orange juice! To get to the Buscas bus stop turn left out of the front door, go to the end of the street and turn left. The bus stop is down on the right hand side (RHS) towards the sea. The bus fare is 1 euro per person. The bus stops at the railway station and you can get a bus from there back to the same bus stop. Casa da Guia has lovely restuarants (5 monutes walk from the apartment). One of them serves lovely ice cream and has beautiful views across the Atlantic. You can hire free bikes (Bicas) from near Casa da Guia just next to the road crossing. You need to show your passport to get a bike. You can cycle 5km from there to Guincho beach which is well worth a visit. We went to Sintra by local bus. You get the bus from the bus station which is under the shopping centre. When you get to Sintra you can get a Tuk Tuk for 5 euros per person up to any of the sites including Pena Palace which is well worth a visit. Sintra is lovely.The restuarant Quinto Sabor is excellent. You can walk there. Turn left out of the apartment complex, walk to the end of the road, turn right and walk straight up the road away from the sea. Pass Lidl and you will soon see it on the RHS. Best to book as it is a small restuarant. The train to Lisbon is frequent and once there the best way to get around is on the yellow open top bus. Belem has lovely custard tarts. We had a great holiday and will be back to Cascais one day.

As with previous reviews, I can't say enough on how great the service we received from Ketan and Sandra. Although seasoned visitors to Cascais we took the advice and also booked the taxi service (less stress) Apartment is great with every amenity , great location and services in building. Buscas gets you everywhere and close by to everything. Excellent WIFI you can be as busy or relaxed as you want, will most certainly return.

just returned from 2 week stay , the apartment was great ,spacious,spotless, and everything you could possibly want. It was as described lovely side sea view from balcony,its very secure with gated car park, the pool is lovely you could nearly have it to yourself. We would highly recommend this apartment. Ketan the manager met us at airport and its well worth doing as he gave us a tour of Cascais and told us where to go for food and shopping, he is very efficient and helpful and gave us a complete run down on apartment. The apartment was exactly as described, everything well maintained and clean, with a fabulous balcony and a wonderful bedroom with a great double bed The pool area is lovely and during our visit quiet and peaceful The apartment is ideal for the local municipal bike hire scheme, across the road from the apartment free bike hire, the apartment also has on its doorstep a fabulous bakers and coffee house, a great local bus service and a Lidls supermarket a 10 minute walk away Cascais is a wonderful town with beaches, fabulous square where there is live music and a great selection of restaurants both in the square and on adjacent streets, a fabulous Indian restaurant, and a great selection of pubs and cafes A straightforward train journey into Lisbon, which is a great city and we took a boat trip which was great Just a great place to visit I would recommend having Ketan pick you up from the airport, he was so helpful in pointing out places of interest, and also conducted a very helpful run down on the apartment , the man is a credit and obviously takes great pride in the service they offer A great place to visit

We were impressed with the accommodation which is set in lovely grounds. The property was very well equipped and maintained. It had a lovely large balcony and was a real home from home. We were met by Ketan & Sandra who were very welcoming and helpful. There are plenty of lovely restaurants locally. We used public transport from the airport, metro and train which was cheap and efficient. Due to early flight home Ketan took us to the airport. .There are plenty of sunbeds and the pool area was very quiet while we were there.We would definitely recommend

Beautiful apartment, situated in a peaceful location, about 20 minutes walk from the town of Cascais. Apartment was extremely clean, spacious and very well furnished. Kitchen was modern and well kitted out (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine and large fridge freezer. Apartment had a large balcony with chairs, table and two recliners, ideal for sunbathing, and a lovely sea view. Added bonus of a beautiful pool, plus children’s pool, with sun beds provided. Landscaped grounds surrounded the pool so gave a real feeling of space. We were transported from Lisbon airport by Ketan, agent for the apartment – very friendly, helpful guy who was well informed regarding the apartments and surrounding area. There is a small supermarket across the road from the apartments and also Lidl, which is about 10 minutes walk if a larger shopping trip is required (very reasonable prices). Cascais is a really pretty resort with cobbled streets and attractive buildings. There are a good choice of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a walkway and cycle path which runs either way from the apartment along the sea front so there are some fantastic views. The walkway continues from Cascais along the front to Estoril for a longer stroll The train station is situated in the town centre with regular trains to Lisbon etc. There is also a double-decker open-top sight-seeing bus which stops near the Hotel Baia on the front in Cascais. This offers a very scenic journey along the coast to Lisbon, with the added bonus of a hop-on, hop-off facility once in the city. All in all, a very attractive resort and a really lovely apartment, one which we would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in this area.

This is a very impressive apartment. The property manager, Ketan, rang us as we landed at the airport, directed us by phone(we had a rented car) to the apartment. Straightforward 30 minute mostly motorway drive. Ketan was there when we arrived and showed us to secure private parking within the complex and then to the very nice pool to the rear and on to the modern, well furnished spacious apartment. Spotlessly clean and a very nice balcony with sea view. Every mod con in the apartment including jacuzzi bath. Best possible location for us. Right on the sea and a 20 minute stroll into Cascais but far enough from town centre for peaceful sleep. Very large comfy bed(7 feet wide) that could be taken apart into two large single beds. Two fine big sofas in the sitting room/lounge area(Not sure if they convert into sofa beds). 24 hour security for peace of mind and the security offer concierge type service. Bakery/coffee shop and supermarket directly across road to front of building. Cascais is lovely, nice bars restaurants and pedestrianised streets. Lots of interesting cultural and historical sites and two nice beaches right in the centre of the town. Estoril is a five minute drive away and Lisbon took thirty minutes to drive into the cultural centre(well worth a visit) along the coast road, which has some very nice beaches. Out the back of the building is the sea with a pedestrian and cycle path along it. At the back of the apartments there is a roadside kiosk where bicycles are available to take for free for the day on production of photo ID(state sponsored service for tourists). Really nice bars, restaurants and a few shops on the seafront to the rear of the apartment, less than five minute stroll in a complex called Casa Da Guia. One restaurant in particular, called Os Praseres da Carne, run by Rafael and his wife(Try to book a table on the railings overhanging the sea), has great views of the cliffs along the seafront road into cascais. Food there really nice and good service. Worth every penny. People in and around cascais are friendly and helpful. Had refreshing and relaxing holiday. Apartment perfect for any couple or a couple with young child(ren). Ketan, the property manager, was very friendly and helpful and gave us his personal phone number and other numbers to contact in any eventuality. Very nice chap knows the area really well and gave good tips on where to go and what to do.English speaking but has several other languages. Highly recommended.

Property was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool size was a pleasant surprise and was sheltered from the wind and sunny all day. Loads to do and see in the area.
