La maison est spacieuse, lumineuse et agréable. Très belle vue depuis la salle de séjour et le balcon, avec l'océan au loin. Les propriétaires sont toujours joignables, prêts à aider et les petits problèmes (dus à une longue période d'inoccupation de la maison) ont été réglés au mieux. Environs très calmes. Budens est un joli village et il y a de belles promenades à faire dans les collines et la forêt d'eucalyptus au dessus de la résidence. Tous les hauts lieux touristiques de l'Algarve sont accessibles à moins d'une heure en voiture.

In una posizione ideale per raggiungere sia le piu belle spiagge della costa occidentale che del sud dell'Algarve, vicino a Sagres e Lagos, la casa è veramente bella, comoda, pulita e tenuta benissimo e fornitissima di tutto in una splendida location vicino al campo di golf. Ideale per una vacanza tranquilla.

El personal muy atento. El precio muy bueno. La casa muy bonita. La cocina muy grande. Todo en general estupendo.

We had a very comfortable week here. The views from the balcony, and sitting room, are lovely and you can hear the bells on the nearby cows and also the chimes from the church clock in the village. Plenty of kitchen equipment and tables inside and out to eat at, comfy sofas, comfy balcony chairs all great. Lots of hot water too Use of a lovely swimming pool down the hill and surrounded by pines

Everything went well. Good communication and a nice welcome on arrival. Nice beaches suitable for families.

This house has almost everything a family would need on holiday. We are a family of 5 with 3 teenage daughters so it was gr8 to have the space to spread out. Kitchen was very well stocked. Only thing lacking was a coffee maker. There is a cafetiere which isn't as good. The balcony gets the full force of the sun in the morning but later in the day it shelters you from the wind so is lovely to sit out on. It is on the side of a hill so not the place for those with mobility problems. 3 sets of steps to the pool area. Pool was a good size and plenty of lounges and umbrellas. We brought our lunch down a few times. There is a bar within walking distance but it's up a VERY steep hill and pricey compared to other bars we visited. Food there is just ok. There's an amazing restaurant O'Tiego less than 10 mins walk down the hill. You have to book as it's so popular but on our first visit we immediately booked for a 2nd night. Fabulous. The bedding and towels are replaced after 1 week which was a nice touch and the place cleaned. There are basically no tv channels. Luckily we'd brought our Amazon Firestick and we paid for some Wi-Fi. Also there are quite a few dvds, mostly kids ones tho not all. Plenty of drawers and hanging space in the bedrooms. The village of Budens is very very quiet but you are in a good position from here to visit the West Coast which is stunning. Loads of secret wee beaches and amazing scenery nearby. Overall the house is spacious and comfy and I would not hesitate to stay there again

Wir suchten nach einem ruhigen Ort um das neue Jahr fernab der täglichen Hektik einläuten zu können. Das liebevoll eingerichtete Haus von Claire war hierfür genau das richtige. Im Vorfeld wurden wir bereits bestens informiert, die Kommunikation war wirklich super. Vor Ort sind wir mit einem kleinen Willkommensgruß empfangen worden, auch hierfür vielen lieben Dank! Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz, ist schön geschnitten und hat einen fantastischen Ausblick. Die Anlage ist unglaublich schön gepflegt und besitzt einen großen Pool. Ein Auto ist sehr hilfreich um die kleinen Orte im Umkreis erkunden und die Strände genießen zu können. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können Claire und Ihr schönes Haus nur weiterempfehlen. Lovely property and location. Great communal pool. The house is part of a small complex on the Parque da Floresta resort, very close to Budens village, so handy for the local shops & hostelries, you can also walk over to the Parque da Floresta spa/golf complex easily. Our hosts provided a good welcome pack (we were late arriving so it was much appreciated - particularly the bottle of wine for a post-journey tipple & the fresh milk for the morning cuppa) and the pre-arrival info was spot on. We booked at the last minute for a 5 night break and the owners were extremely helpful in rising to our challenge. Would recommend both the property (very much had a feel of the "home from home") and the owners' attention to detail, helpfulness and quick response when contacted.

Following the excellent directions from the owner, we arrived to a clean fresh house with a welcoming feel. The personal touch meant there were items in the fridge and dotted about which gave a positive start to our holiday. The house is large and facilities and equipment more than adequate. There is plenty of space to soak up the sun if that is your bag, but equally it is a peaceful, tranquil place. Ideal to really unwind. The pool is large and also a great place to chill. We never found it too busy. The area is rural but close to some great beaches. Facilities in Budens are ok with Vila de Bipso and Aldi only a few miles away. OK, would have like more TV choice, but actually not missed that much.

Lovely House up the hill from the village of Budens which is a quaint Portuguese village in the Western Algarve. Local bakery just a stroll down the hill for fresh baked bread and custard tarts!! Swimming pool area really nice and clean and great for kids - safe and not to busy when we were there. We were worried as House had no air conditioning and we were there in a heatwave but the owner reassured us and it was absolutely fine - lovely breeze in the evening and the house stayed cool as bedrooms downstairs. Lovely view across to the sea and beautiful beaches within driving distance. Quiet location but really close to Salema for some great restaurants and Bars. Hope to return and would book again and would recommend to friends and family.

The area is quiet but just a few mins walk to village bakery, local restaurant & supermarket. Great to relax in the house or poolside. Very easy drive to Salema for lovely beach & more restaurants. We also caught the local bus into Lagos for great day out. House is very well maintained, has lots of living space and has all the facilities you need. We stayed for 5 days, not long enough to do everything, will definitely come back

The house is situated on the edge of a quiet village with easy access to local bars, restaurants and nearby supermarket, oh and amazing local bakery. Set on the hillside next to the resort golf course and bowls club, the house has stunning views of the surrounding area even without moving from the sofa! The house is very well fitted out and also benefits from use of the nearby residents pool. Within a short drive along the coast there are some lovely villages/towns with stunning beaches and views including Salema, Sagres and Lagos. These also offer a good selection of facilities and restaurants. Also good walking options from the house to local villages and beach. Can’t wait to go back.

We have been to this property twice now, and will definitely be going back again. The house is equipped with everything you need, and we especially liked the juicer which we used every day to enjoy the fabulous oranges which are sold everywhere (but we were lucky enough to have a stall 5 minutes down the road). A leisurely breakfast of freshly squeezed orange juice and fresh baked bread from the local bakery in Budens, eaten on the balcony with great views is simply the best way to start the day. We liked the quiet of the location, away from the hustle and bustle of the larger resorts on the Algarve. Definitely need a car to get around, but there are many lovely places to visit, and we particularly like Sagres and Lagos.
