Located in a fantastic area

Everything was good

we arrived quite late well past check in hours, they made everything accessible to get in easy and even had turned the heater on for us before we arrived. Good tv and lovely view.

Dated room with very average shower... both hot water and pressure. Property needs maintenance... gutters overflowing in the rain right outside unit door.

Convenient for our purposes. Room was a bit tired, but clean enough.

The owner was great & he turned on the heating in the rooms before we arrived. Fantastic thank you so much

location to the Town

The property is spacious and very clean

Rooms are getting quite dated and some of the lights didn’t work.

Reception was unattended at times it was announced as being open. Nobody answered the phone contact number given. Electric blanket on bed functioned on only one side. The other side had burned out. The proprietors would have known this, so why was it not replaced?

mould on taps in the bathroom the shower was only lukewarm windows filthy gardens very unappealing charge for room service/extra towels. ridiculous one dinghy doona on the bed unable to leave the heater on when leaving the room which made the room freezing when returning from being out. this is a VERY cold place! if u want to use wifi, you need to go to reception to ask for a password.

so close we could walk to all the restaurants the walking tracks were just across the road - however the room was quiet and very large with all amenties

Fabulous central location. We were able to swim in the outdoor council pool, then return to our room to shower and warm up

In trying times caused by road accident blocking access to town, the lodge was great and very helpful. Bed super comfy In back room.

Pool was nice. Good location. Helpful staff.

Pool needs changing rooms. Multiple spots of damage in the room.

Facilities were dated but good. Bed and linen good. Bathroom was in good order and water hot.

The complex needs a little upkeep and maintenance. The paved paths were covered in gravel from driveway and this took dirt into rooms as you walk in. Potholes full of water in driveways needed filling.

Excellent location. Right in the heart of Halls Gap. Restaurants and cafes within 1min walk from the hotel. Spacious 2-bedroom unit. Tea and instant coffee and biscuits provided, along with biscuits. Small packets of milk in the fridge. Beds have electric blankets. Kangaroos in the spacious grounds of the hotel.

Although clean, comfortable and well appointed, the room was a little dated. The communal bbq area was out of order.
