La tranquilidad, no se escuchaba la bulla de los carros, la limpieza y la amabilidad del personal.

Localização muito boa.
O hotel fica dentro de uma galeria comercial, gerando muito barulho o que atrapalha no caso do viajante necessitar descansar em horários com movimento.

The location is just perfect, the personnel is very kind, the bed is confortable

Me gustó que está cerca a la plaza y al mercado. El precio bastante accesible.
En el lugar, no aceptan pagos con tarjeta ni otros métodos electrónicos, a pesar de la prevalencia de la tecnología. Sería más conveniente adaptarse a las preferencias actuales y permitir opciones de pago más modernas. Además, el personal no mostró la amabilidad esperada, y el cierre temprano de la entrada principal resulta inconveniente. La proximidad al mercado contribuye a la suciedad constante en la calle, lo cual es algo que podría mejorarse para ofrecer una experiencia más agradable a los visitantes.

Acogida del personal, muy bueno, sobre todo porque sabían de mi llegada y fueron muy cordiales. Destaco la capacidad de servicio y orientación del Sr. José Luis (administrador), quien me recibió y despidió al finalizar mi estadía. Excelente ubicación. sin ruidos ni otras situaciones a preocupar.
Revisar almohadas, un poco duras y muy grandes.

We enjoyed the warm water from the shower and the blankets, which was very important for us since it was very cold at night. The water pressure of the shower was very strong, too.
The hotel has also a great location! You walk 5 minutes to the plaza mayor where you can buy your trips and it is close to a market where you can grap your meals, have breakfast or buy some souvenirs.
Well, you should consider that the hotel is on the third floor and it can be a little bit exhausting to go up for you because of the altitude but it is worth the pain because of the price and the location of the hotel.

it was a very very recomendable place. its just about 2 squares from the central plaza de armas and the market with many interesting things is just front of the hotel

Fair Price, good location, staff kindle let us check in very early, and gave us a little late check out.

Location and friendliness of staff.
The hotel is poorly signposted and access to it is awkward (through a shopping arcade). Although the price-quality ratio is good, the entire hotel is outdated, with a lot of degradation in terms of the bathroom, for example.

The staff was friendly, the shower was hot, the room was clean, and the wifi was fairly good.

The hotel is located 2 blocks away from the lovely plaza and the room was large with an en-suite. Everybody was very helpful and answered all my questions :) great stay! Thanks!

To enter the hotel you have to pass a market. Something it is not advertised. They only accept cash and didn't provide an electronic receipt only a manual one that isn't valid for Peruvian tax purposes.
There is a construction in the market you have to pass to enter, the noise doesn't let you sleep even on Sundays. We even called the police and they didn't care.
The room was clean but lacks ventilation. We paid for the biggest room available and the bed was very noisy. The explanation they gave is that the room is a popular one for couples and the bed have a lot of "activity".
On top of that as soon as you arrive they basically tell you that you are a fool for booking using booking.com because the price is higher than booking with them directly. They even have a price list published where you can see how much more are you paying for using this site.

The location is perfect and the staff are really friendly, always trying to help you. They did really good.
Recommend this place to everybody to enjoy Ayacucho
