This place is basically a private resort with something for everyone! Rick arranged to have us picked up from the airport and had our rental cars waiting for us at the house. He greeted us at the house to show us around and welcome us with a cocktail! There were nine of us ranging in age from 12-50 there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have privacy when needed. The place itself was beautiful, we spent many mornings on the upper patio having coffee and watching rainbows form in the distance. Rick and Karen were the ultimate hosts arranging for everything we needed from a chef bringing in fresh fish and preparing it for us to cook to a tour of the local sites, a private catamaran tour and even a van to take us to dinner one night. They were always available and friendly when we interacted with them. So glad we got the opportunity to stay here, it's certainly a vacation that will last a lifetime!

Rick was the most helpful and communicative- making the traveling and planning process as convenient and easy as possible. He had all of our excursions set up for us with excellent recommendations. The Villa accommodated our group of 8 (4 couples) perfectly with individual suites. The sunsets were our favorite- especially when we had Chef Kim preparing dinner for us. Snorkeling excursion was a blast- we saw turtles, eagle ray, underwater sculpture park, eels, and plenty more. The day trip around Grenada with Andy was an unforgettable experience and helped us appreciate the island culture even more. Our favorite beach was BBC- the fish tacos & fries at Plywood were so yummy! The Villa manager was very responsive and assisted with our power issues promptly. Would recommend Villa Beachcliff to everyone!

We had a great time. The hosts were very helpful with recommendations and coordination. The house has an excellent floor plan and maximizes its incredible views. Would recommend.

Rick was a wonderful host. We requested a last minute change to the nights we were staying and he was able to accommodate. Great communication from the host and the house manager Cheryl. She was able to secure our party a rental car and gave many great recommendations. We would definitely come back if we return to Grenada.

Beautiful home. Rick and Karen arranged our rental cars, provided transportation to and from the airport. They also had provisions we asked for waiting for us and arranged a chef. It was very easy and relaxing. Highly recommend Villa Beachcliff.

Villa Beachcliff is an ideal spot for a family vacation! What can be more perfect than spacious rooms, tropical vegetation, 2 pools, and cooling breezes with the Atlantic at your front door and the Caribbean at your back door? Ours was a 3 generation (10 people) gathering for our 50th Anniversary, and we were all extremely happy with the villa and its superb location. There are large areas to gather as a group, and smaller areas for less togetherness. The children (ages 6-11) spent many hours in the pools! The adults often enjoyed the breezes from The Lookout. If you are coming to Grenada, this is the villa for you! I cannot praise enough the help, the attention to detail, and the prompt communication received from the owners. They take great pride in their villa and are wonderful hosts. In addition to answering many questions, Rick helped us arrange for transportation (car rental and airport transfers), helped us schedule two wonderful dinners prepared by Chef Kim and his wife Stacey, and gave us lots of excellent tips on tours, beaches, and meals at restaurants and at the nearby University Club, which serves excellent food. Rick and Karen also pre-stocked the villa for us, which was a big help. Additional information for travelers: We found that the mosquito situation on Grenada was much better than on Virgin Gorda and Turks and Caicos, and recommend "Incognito" spray, which can be found on Amazon. There were few mosquitoes in the house itself. 10 people can easily eat either in the indoor dining room in the front or on the covered back terrace. The villa has mid-week maid service and a washer and dryer for your use. There is no dishwasher due to the kitchen layout, but that should not deter anyone from coming. Enjoy!

Rick and Karen's place is absolutely stunning. The pictures here almost do it no justice. From the instant I walked in I was blown away by the beauty of this place. You will be surrounded by two oceans, one on each side of the house, so when you step up to one of the few rooftop views, you just experience the most exhilarating breeze and stunning views of the island. I came here with 11 of my friends and not only did it sleep each of us comfortably, we each had our own privacy and peace of mind. Rick and Karen were wonderful hosts, very quick to respond to my questions and inquiries, and helped me organize a catamaran for 20+ people, a dune buggy tour through Annandale waterfall, and helped us with set-up a chef who cooked dinner for all of us. Truly an amazing experience! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to travel with a large group of friends. At times we did not even want to leave the house. Staying in alone will provide a ton of entertainment and relaxation!

Do yourself a favor and book this property. Everything about the experience with Rick and Karen was smooth. Our group of 10 enjoyed our week at Villa Beachcliff immensely. Rick arranged for transport, a private dinner with Chef Kim, and a wonderful island tour. If you're looking for a place to stay in Grenada, I would say too look no further. You will not be disappointed.

This is a perfect and dreamy place to spend a Grenada vacation. It has everything you could ever ask for and is in an ideal setting. The property is immaculate and well stocked with everything that you need for an ideal stay. Rick is a fantastic and gracious host--he was incredibly communicative the entire time and perfectly prepared for pretty much everything. Rick helped take much of the stress out of planning a fairly large family vacation. I would absolutely return here without a second's hesitation. The only thing I would mention in terms of a disclosure, is that the property is not perfectly situated for older folks. My parents, who aren't super mobile, had some difficulty accessing some parts of the property given that there are a lot of stairs. That said, there are a lot of stairs because there is a lot to see and do on this property! This place has my highest recommendation.

Our family has stayed at the villa for two vacations now and we can’t wait to go back Rick and Karen are wonderful hosts making sure every need is met. They help arrange excursions and car rentals and they always keep the villa so clean during our stays. The villa is in a very safe area on the island and there is always a breeze The villa is huge and has everything you need for your stay right down to lots of beach towels. The villa has its own private beach and two swimming pools. We enjoyed snorkeling surfing spear fishing and collecting shells right in our own backyard. Villa beach cliff will not disappoint - it will amaze you!!!

Group of 6 spent 1 week at the villa and we had a fabulous time! Rick and Karen were great host and made sure we did not want for anything. We hired a local chef that prepared local meals that were definitely crowd-pleasers. We even had Grenada's famous oildown on our arrival at the villa. Thumbs up Chef Eric!! The villa is beautiful and we enjoyed every part of it, perfect spot to view the sunrise, sunset and bask in the cool breeze. The rooms were fabulous and adequate size , there was plenty of kool relaxing decks/space at the villa for everyone to enjoy! Thanks Rick and Karen for sharing your amazing oasis with us!

The eight of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Beachcliff. It was everything advertised, and even a bit more. Very clean, fully equipped, and what's not to like about two swimming pools! Rick and Karen were gracious hosts and were very helpful with transportation and a guided island tour. They certainly have our recommendation. (P.S. I am glad to see that they don't spray pesticides all over this beautiful island villa, but, as always, bring a little spray to protect your ankles against no-see-ums.)

There are a few places that could potentially take your breath away, and Villa Beachcliff does just that. I wanted to write a review, but there are places that's it's so hard to describe that you ultimately JUST HAVE TO STAY HERE! We rented this place for my 40th Birthday and it did not disappoint. You had a view from every corner of the house and forge the opportunity to spend most of our days lounging at the pool or enjoy the reading tower (the cross breezes is just amazing here). All of our guests and their own space to escape when needed with the comfortable 5 bedrooms available. We're foodies so we spent our time making some amazing feasts once you got the hang of the kitchen. Your sunsets were shared with surfers catching a wave just off the beach although not a sand beach, I did take the plunge just once (shoes recommended). Most of all, Villa Beachcliff is a true extension of what the island is all about, it's people and Karen & Rich we extremely to work with during this whole process. They made it seamless for us from the moment we stepped on the island when we arrived to when we left. I will admit when we have our friends send us texts stating that they are reminiscing about the trip and that it was so great and perfect...I call that success. It goes without saying, take the time and rent Villa Beachcliff.

We were a group of 9. 2 parents and 7 young people ages 18-23. We needed a place with easy access to the ocean and the surf break at Prickly Point. If you want access to the ocean, there really is no better place than Villa Beachcliff. We were first timers to Grenada so having Rick and Karen as our hosts was invaluable. They helped stock the Villa with food/drink before we got there and arranged for a chef to prep dinner our first night on the island. It's great to not have to worry about dinner on that first travel day. We loved Grenada and look forward to another visit. Villa Beachcliff will be at the top of our list.

We recently spent a wonderful week at Villa Beachcliff with 6 other friends. Our hosts Karen and Rick were amazing and very accommodating to our group both in preparation to come and while we were there. We didn't have to worry about anything including rides into town, finding restaurants, things to do. The Villa was more than we expected and we were all pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The pictures on the website are great but do not do it justice. It is much more than what you see there. The views are spectacular from just about anywhere on the property. For our large group it was nice to have large common areas to sit and visit but on the other hand you could find space to just be alone to read or relax by yourself. The island was breath taking and we took a great tour with our host one of the first days to see what the island has to offer. The people of Grenada are friendly and very accommodating to tourists. It was a fantastic vacation! The villa itself is amazing and we had everything we needed. Karen and Rick are extraordinary hostels, they helped us in lots of ways and were very responsive and attentive to our needs. We travelled to Grenada for our Univesity reunion. It was our 10th reunion trip and 8 of those trips were to a different Carrebian islands and I can tell it was the best. Lots of things tp do on Grenada which are comparable to the other idlands, but the villa itself and the villa's oweners/managres were the best of all. We will definately come back and certainly recommend to try this Grenada villa for your get away. Marina

House couldn’t have been better for us. Two swimming pools, jacuzzi, water and surf access with at least 6 balconies!!every room was beautiful and perfectly suited to a big group. Rick and Karen were excellent hosts and made us feel at home :)
