Beautiful beach nearby with sunbeds and umbrellas. The apartment was big and close to the beach
Cleaning once a week. Which does not include washing plumbing - only floors. (for 160 euros/night I think it should be every day)
Internet is very weak in some rooms (but this is probably due to thick walls, not sure if the owner can fix it)
The drain from the terrace of the upper floor did not work, when the neighbors' terrace was washed from above, water dripped onto our table (it's good that it was 2-3 times during our visit and we did not have lunch at that time)
Location - there are no shops and you need to get to the center either 25 minutes on hot asphalt, or a taxi 8 euros.
The owner offered bicycles for free and we were delighted, but as it turned out, most of them had flat tires and creaked when riding (better than walking, but we used it 1 time)
After the review in booking, the owner contacted via WhatsApp and began to threaten with a fine for a rating of 8 (I think the rating is very fair, but the aggressive behavior of the owner discourages dealing with such people in general)

Very nice host, that gave us lots of valuable tips to visit. The apartment was great, clean and roomy.

Everything was awesome. Location In front of the beach, the house super spacious and with everything that we needed, including A/C for the very hot days, super porch and garden, many things for the kids to play in the beach (including a kayak), etc etc. All this with s super host, Kostas. Basically the told us where to go, what to see, where to eat, booked everything that we needed and more. We definitely come back if/when we decide to travel to Kefalonia. 5 stars!!!

It was located in a very quite and nice place, right on the beach, perfect for swimming. Very nice welcome and support during the staying

I knew that is a great location but everything was much better than I expected. I stayed in the Aspasia apartment for 7 days with my wife and it was one of the best vacations we had. Definitely, the location and Kostas fully contributed to this. We had everything we needed (and more).
I liked every little detail that you can think about.
