We were impressed with the property and location!

Beautiful house in a gated neighborhood right across the street from the beach and beachfront pool. Great spot for our family of five. Plenty of space and well maintained property. The only downside was the noise from the main road and nearby construction woke us up a couple days. But that’s to be expected this close to the beach.

We had 4 adults and two kids and all had a great time. If you are older and struggle getting in and out of a tub, then use the king sized bedroom on the second floor

Beach, pool, restaurants, activities are all close by Accommodations and areas are excellent.

This was our fifth year to vacation in this beautiful LaValencia beach home! We love everything about it. My grandkids always give it ‘five’ stars!! We are already looking forward to returning next year! Thank you Steve!

Our family really enjoys staying here. The ease of getting to the beach makes it easy to enjoy the beach. Having a pool beach side is a big plus! The owners are always helpful if needed, which isn’t often. This is our third year staying here and we are looking forward to staying here again.

We had excellent communication with the owner and loved our stay! The pictures are accurate and there was plenty of space. All the bedrooms are comfortable and have their own balcony but there is some traffic noise from the road.The sofa bed upstairs was used without any complaints. The kitchen is very well stocked with anything you could need to cook and included spices, coffee filters, Dawn, a sponge, a roll of paper towels as well as hand soap in the kitchen and all bathrooms. A upgraded Samsung Washer & Dryer were a nice surprise and easily handled six beach towels. Publix is close by as well as a nice liquoir store. The walk to the beach access is literally around the corner through the gate and across the street through the pool which overlooks the beach. We had outstanding beach service from Chairs2U. They were very fast to respond and checked in to make sure we found our umbrella and with beach updates. This is as close as you can get without being beachside.

The house is nice with plenty of beds. We like this area, and don't mind crossing the road to go to the beach. Checking in and out is easy.

Beautiful 3 level house, very clean and well equipped with everything what we need! The beach and pool are very close, just a cross the street. Perfect place for my big family! Steve was very kind and helpful to us! Can’t wait to come back to this place again! Thank you, Steve!

The home was perfect. Excellent amenities Very comfortable home. We would stay again and again for every trip. Kitchen was well equipped. The property was an easy stroll across the street 30A from the Gulf. Perfect location. The property manager was very helpful and responsive. It was a great experience

About 6 years ago, we started a tradition of a Labor Day trip with our children and their families. This year we stayed at this condo and it was a wonderful experience! The condo itself is beautiful and was very comfortable for our family. It being so close to the front of the complex was a plus! Steve was a pleasure to work with and was quick to answer any questions or concerns that we had. We would definitely consider staying here again!!

GREAT place to stay for your summer beach vacation! My group of nine had plenty of room to spread out for privacy, but spent a lot of our time together in the living room and dining area. Cooked, ate, played games, watched tv, talked, etc. Excellent accommodations. Beds are comfy and plenty of seating available. Safe environment in a gated community, which was a big plus for us. Across the street from pool and beach. Owners are very responsive to any issues you may have. My granddaughters range in age from 11 to 21 and they all give it a thumbs up! We love it and so will you!!

We enjoyed our stay in Sunnyside Beach. Beautiful home in a quiet gated community. Wonderful ocean view from the 3rd floor balcony. Easy access to the beach and pool. Owners were very responsive and kind. Look forward to bringing our family back again soon!

This is our second time staying here. The house is in a great location, it’s just right for our family of 10.. We love that you have access to the pool and restrooms that are on the beach side. The owners have always been quick to respond to any questions or needs. We hope to stay here again.

This property is absolutely perfect. Our family of 10 had plenty of room and we loved it! The beach is seriously directy across the street. We had ages ranging from 18 months to 70 years and it was a breeze to get to the pool and beach. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time in this new area. We normally have stayed all along 30A so this was different for us. The biggest plus of the trip was how open the beach was and not busy. We weren’t shoulder to shoulder with people on both sides. Very nice! The water was enjoyable until the end of the week when seafood came in and changed the Beauty of the beach. It’s the gamble you take in that area and time of year. We were looking for a slow chill area and we found it so it was a great place to escape the hurry lifestyle at back home.

The owner was awesome with keeping in contact with us and very helpful. The house was beautiful and great location, wish we didn't have to leave.

If your priority is to get to the beach as fast as possible, this is a great choice! We had kids ages 6 and under, and I didn't want to be lugging them and beach stuff far distances, or searching for parking. It literally took 3 minutes from the front door to the beach. There is a crosswalk in front of the house and the road was not very busy. The neighborhood was quiet and family friendly. We were there during a spring break week and there was plenty of room on the beach. You could sit where you wanted, and weren't forced to pay for an umbrella to get a spot by the water, like some of the other nearby beach towns. We were 10 min to Pier Park, which was a commercial but fun area (felt like an amusement park without the rides), and 10 min to Rosemary beach town center, a higher end area but cute to walk around, with a nice farmer's market on Sunday. We had plenty of space in the house, and having 3 levels was nice for two families to spread out without being on top of each other. Bayou Bill's down the road was a fun, casual seafood spot for dinner! Steve was very responsive, and a great host.

We had a wonderful new year’s escape to the beach. This location is excellent. The beds were very comfortable and there are plenty of bathrooms for a large family. The house is very spacious and the outdoor patio, porches and decks are amazing. We we’re able to watch fireworks from the upper deck. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your place.

We really enjoyed the house and quite community. It was enough space for our two families. Beach and pool access was super easy. The owner was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in the neighborhood with 11 other families for a PCB baseball tournament. It was the perfect location! Easy to PCB and Rosemary Beach. House was clean and had everything we needed. The big dining table and common space was perfect for 2 small families. Thank you!

Overall we are very happy with our stay. great location, plenty of space, and everything was as expected. Kids and adults had a great time. I would recommend to others. Only things that could have been better… caulk in showers needs to be cleaned or replaced and the pool was really dirty most of the week. They had to shut it down on Friday to get it cleaned.
