Padający deszcz ale to nie wina hotelu tylko że nie było gdzie podsuszyć ubrań.

Amazing hospitality, they were always ready to help and arranged many great trips for us (waterfall, tea factory, hikes, etc) and made us feel like home. The view from the room was outstanding, room was large and clean, comfy bed, and a really nice breakfast. Really recommend Seven Heaven!

Amazing location with views from our balcony of Ella Rock, Little Adam’s Peak and Ravana falls. We could walk to town from the accommodation along the road, although the owners have their own tuk tuk and are always willing to drive you in too. Breakfast was a great size and super tasty! The owners were also incredibly accommodating and would offer suggestions on where to eat and what to do in the area if you didn’t already have plans. They also offered to take us to Mirissa directly from for the end of our travels.

Damp smell to linen- towels and sheets didn’t smell good and could have done with a thicker duvet / blanket as was quite cold. The shower had 0 pressure.

The view from the room are exactly as shown es on the pictures. This hotel is a 5minutes ride from the center with all the restaurant and shop. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We could arrange scooter rental with them. They took us to the bus station the last day without charging us! Much appreciated the kettle and the tea in the room at night as it gets a little chilly.

Everything was perfect for us. Consider taking a tuktuk or renting a scooter if you stay here as there is no side walk when coming and going to town and no light at night.

The views from the property are amazing! The owners and staff are also so friendly and helpful. It’s a short walk to the centre of Ella or you can also get a tuk tuk. They took us to Ella rock at 5am in the tuk tuk to catch sunrise which was amazing. The breakfast is also very tasty and so much food! Thanks so much for an incredible stay!

Le matin, pour prendre mon bus pour Gallé, le propriétaire des lieux m'a proposé de m'y rendre en Tuk Tuk. Pour un trajet de 3 minutes. Il m'a demandé 400 roupies ! Ce qui est un abus TOTAL. Je n'aime pas ce type de comportement. Il dénote de vouloir 'susprofiter' des touristes. C'est répréhensible. Pour cela je ne conseille pas cet endroit.

Deels in onderhoud toen wij er waren, het uitzicht in de verte is prachtig vanaf de kamer. Maar wel jammer dat je ook op het grote betonnen dak uitkijkt benen je.

Excellent view from the hotel The sound of the waterfall and the view of the mountain just outside the balcony is great. The owner couple are quite friendly and very accommodative. Served a great breakfast. The best coconut Sambhol we tasted in Sri Lanka.

The walk uphill though not steep, was not great especially because of the incessant rain.

Wszystko super. Pokój czysty, ciepła woda, śniadania bardzo dobre z widoczkiem na góry i wodospad. Właściciele przemili i pomocni. Posiadają samochód i oferują również podwózkę do innych miejsc, my skorzystaliśmy z podwiezienia do Udawalawe.

Nette Gastgeber, gemütliches Zimmer, tolle Aussicht auf dem grosszügigen Balkon. Für uns war die Lage perfekt, da wir mit dem Tuktuk unterwegs waren. Würden wieder da buchen.

Klimaanlage fehlt

Der Ausblick ist gigantisch. Man schaut direkt auf einen Wasserfall, kann die Berglandschaft genießen und den little Adams peak sehen. In die Stadt sind es ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Den little Adams peak und die nine Arche Bridge kann man auch zu Fuß erreichen, wenn man etwas laufen will. Das Frühstück war top und wurde uns bei der Abreise als take away gepackt. Man kann vor Ort einen Roller mieten oder sich durch den Besitzer mit dem TukTuk fahren lassen gegen Aufpreis.

Der Schimmel. Das ist ein allg. Problem in Sri Lanka. Unser Bad war leider schimmlig und auch im schlafbereich. Ich denke die Familienzimmer sind da besser da es dort nicht direkt drauf regnet und somit nicht so schnell schimmelt. Dadurch roch es etwas muffig. Leider war unsere Bettdecke auch nicht fleckenfrei.

Lage, sehr nettes Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück

Piękne pokoje i nieziemski widok. Wygodne łóżka i moskitiera. Małpki skaczące po balkonie. Bardzo przyjemna i pomocna obsługa - mają tuk tuki i auto, oferują transport. Przepyszne i piękne śniadanie - najlepszy Sok mango jaki piłam! Ciepła woda.

Понравилось все, номер был чистый со всем минимально необходимым, ванна с новой сантехникой и горячей водой, удобные раздельные кровати, потрясающий вид с балкона, хороший континентальный завтрак, очень дружелюбный хозяин, у него же арендовали неплохой байк по очень справедливой цене, до центра 10 минут пешком, очень тихо спали как убитые. Вообщем остались довольны, хозяину спасибо!

Не хватило только сушилки для одежды на балконе, промокли под дождем и сушили одежду на стульях, но это мелочи, в номере нет кондиционера, но ночью было прохладно и нам он был и не нужен

The view, location and hospitality

The view from the bedroom is beautiful and the rooms are spacious with everything you need, including a fridge even if we didn't use it. The beds are comfy and come with a mosquito net. The staff were very welcoming and generous, they will take you to into town whenever you need to and even take you to little Adams peak for sunrise, they organised our taxi to Arugam Bay too. The breakfast was delicious and again very generous.

The placement of the shower meant the whole bathroom became wet making everything damp. Being up in the hills in the jungle did mean opening windows meant bugs, but again that comes with the fact you are in the hills in the jungle.

Good location, very good staff, always smiling and ready to help. Good views. Very good stay

Amazing view over the surroundings and great breakfast. The hosts are very friendly. It was easy to rent a bike and organise a ride to the train station

The security camera on our balcony gave us a weird feeling.

This hotel is located in a very attractive location in front of Ella Rock. So you see the best view. Apart from the geographical location, the property owner is a really nice genuine lady. The staff is also friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place.

The room was about a 15 minute walk from Ella town. Easy access to all attractions. Rooms were clean, basic nothing too fancy. The owners were pretty friendly as well

Too many stairs to climb if you get a room on the 3rd or 4th floor, probably the last thing you want to do after all the hikes you've done at Ella.

Seven heaven is located in the best viewpoint in Ella.It have a best facilities and best staff services.Have very Cleanliness room.They serve excellent and delicious breakfast. They are all very friendly. So everything thing is best.
