The host and the staff were lovely. Location was very good - the area is busy, yet quiet.

These are comfortable, clean rooms in a gorgeous villa. The neighbourhood is calm and has gorgeous views of Naples. There are lots of interesting places to eat and drink around the hotel. Access to other central places is very easy by both subway and tram (with a magical view as it goes up and down). Breakfast is delicious! We had freshly-baked Neapolitan pastries every morning in the patio. It was a wonderful day to start our day.

It was a nice, clean and spacious room. Clean and quiet. The pizzeria from 8 minutes walk is realy a must.

The tv from the table, I prefer a bigger screen directly on the wall. The kids area from the parking place are not available, I think are from another property.

This was our third visit to Naples and Villa San Martino. It was nice to be able to identify our breakfast selections ahead of time, as well as the time we would like breakfast served. This helped the staff plan and prepare for the breakfast arrivals. The choice of options was great! Sampath, who worked most days, and Trishan who we've known from previous visits work extremely hard to serve the guests and are extremely courteous, pleasant, and reliable. They serviced our room each day and it was spotless and extremely comfortable. We like the Vomero location because it provides the best views of the surrounding Naples area from St. Elmo's Castle and the Floridiana Park; plus, it is easy to get to/from downtown Naples using the funicular systems (3) and metro. Taxis are readily available and reliable to/from the airport as well. And restaurant options in Vomero are numerous and excellent. In addition to a very comfortable room, we slept soundly in the roomy and comfortable bed; the neighborhood is quiet at night and safe. Internet connection is reliable. David (one of the owners) provides lots of help and great advice for visitors.

A truly boutique hotel with few rooms located in the best neighbourhood in Naples. Very nice breakfast and service. My room was spacious, high ceilings and decoration nicely done.

We were really satisfied,definitely will visit again! The hosts are very kind,everything was professional, the hotel is very clean,easy to find,close to various public transport. Also,the hotel has its own parking within the premises. Absolutely recommended!!
