Air conditioner motor very noisy, breakfast choices unacceptable

No air conditioning. Far from city center in heat and walking.

Personel and rooms very good.

The location was beautiful. Right next to the center of Cassino and overlooking the park. It was a unique, interesting building as well, with a pizza shop right below. The host Giacomo was very responsive to my messages.

I might've just missed the instructions or something, but I wish the room had AC!

Roos smelt of cigarettes rooms not cleaned for 5 days on arrival the owner did not know key code to let you in. Wi-Fi information out of date had to find the information myself. only milk in fridge and 1 flavour of juice. only microwave so can not cook. to my shock the second day a man from Australia was sat eating his breakfast in the dining room in his underwear. not acceptable. the electric plug sockets are not have covers on them and all the cleaning products are in a unlocked closet in dinner room

Excellent flat with balcony and good view. Most of the essential facilities in rooms & kitchen. Private parking. Good wifi. Recommended.

We could not switch on heating in the room. However, that's our fault. Somehow, we could not.
