The place is very nice and the staff is very friendly.

The could be better and the access street smells bad.

This place is a hidden gem- super clean, tidy and very well stocked kitchen. I think it would be much busier if it were on hostelworld!

The staff were friendly and very helpful with information to get around and plan for our bus return to Santiago airport. The hostel looks brand new and is well cared for. Cooking in the kitchen was such a joy. Probably the best hostel I’ve stayed in in all of Chile, can’t recommend enough!!

The only downside was it was very cold, they did provide a heater when asked but it didn’t warm the room up enough, everything else was great though!

The guys are so friendly and cute, and helpful. The situation is really nice, in the main street. Near to the beach (15min by walk) but not to clear as well and it’s better because near to the beach it’s only huge buildings, like a tourist place. The flat is amazing, so beautiful, the decoration is so beautiful, modern, I felt like in France, at home😍 The dorm is a small one, 4 bed. So perfect. So different than « classic hostel » in latina America. The breakfast is include and really nice. I could stay in the common aera after my check out, to enjoy the space and the wifi. Thank you so much

Not really problem to find out it ;) nice and helpfull Staff good location in dowtown of Vina del Mar nearby rest and bars on Valparaiso st. and Supermarkets Isabel and Lider.

Noise on some days, when Night club below histel is opened, earplugs highly recom, or just to go to the club till morning;)

This was my 2nd stay at Notfound. On my previous review, I'd complained about creaky beds and when I was there the 2nd time round they were getting the beds fixed professionally. So impressed! The staff here are amazing and really care about the guests' experience. They are so friendly and go out of their way to include you in their conversations or activities. Thanks for making me feel like I was home, you guys! It was incredibly hard to leave.

It has a really wonderful, homey feel and is super clean. It attracts a really nice crowd too. Also, there's a really wonderful girl who works there called Victoria who made my stay really amazing. She's always so friendly and attentive.

Showers were a bit poorly-designed. Beds creaked so if you're up the top bunk don't be peeing at 3am or you'll be waking everyone up. Also, the shared room is right next to a Cabaret. BUT my stay was still perfect.

Best sleep I've ever had in a hostel - super cosy and comfy bed; fun and relaxing lounge space; staff were all friendly and nice (considering I have no Spanish, they were very accommodating with their English); kitchen is brand new and well-equipped for cooking; great hot showers with good pressure; nice breakfast; brilliant location just off main street, but no noise.

I think there was only the two plug sockets in the room and they were right next to each other.
